Very disappointed in my experience today with wishkah nails…my nail specialist was not focused on me.. answering phones.. taking Payments.. handling customers coming in..because of that nails were rushed, not done well..ones crooked..paid over 80.00$ with tip.. I thought about it all day wasn’t gonna rate but feel it needs to be said..I was treated like a dumb Caucasian.. sat and listened to the things said in another language about customers.. unknown to them white girl raised in Asian household and married to Asian… was sure to say thank you in there lauguage as I left..as I wanted them to know I understood ..never had my nails done and had my fingers hurt.. technician very rough…I will not return.. they could of had a great customer…really need to work on there customer service ..and taking the time to do nails right.. I will travel to Olympia to get great nails and customer service..lesson learned.. picked a cat eye polish, since when is a cat eye just a spot on your nails.☹️

One of my nails broke 4 days after I got them and they're supposed to last two weeks. They also wouldn't do a simple design that I wanted.
Requested style: I requested black French tip with three of the fingers with flames coming out of the black polish

Not too impressed with this salon, I tried it since it's close to home. But I left disappointed.. the lady who did my pedicure was rough. With cutting nails and going around the cuticle she cut super close.. then in the massage, it was SO rough. She used her nails on my feet and applied so much pressure to my calves. She never once asked if it was good.. (water temperature, pressure.. nothing) I did say something, but I was a little nervous.. my fault for being anxious. I also asked for a colored French tip and was told they didn't want to do color cause white was better for it. (I chose a light peach color) they ended up going with white.. and I was OK with it, the painting itself is nice.. but a different lady did it. .. also witnessed another lady in pain there as well (she yelled out when she got clipped to short)
Anyway. I don't think I'll be returning.. for $40 I could have had a sugar scrub and relaxed, this experience wasn't relaxing for me.

Decent nails if you don't mind over paying and waiting at least 25 minutes after your appointment time.

I have not only experienced rudeness but have seen it with other customers. What happened just a week ago is that I called and made an appointment for a pedicure for 2. The gal that answered put me down for 10:30 on Wednesday. We go in on Wednesday at 10:30 and found out we did not have an appointment. We drove 25 miles one way for this appointment. Also, the last gel nail manicure only lasted a week, as one came loose. I ended up taking them off myself, than driving 25 miles to get it fix. They just lost a couple customers, we will happily drive 60 miles for better service.

if you want something neat that is going to last go somewhere else, this picture is not even 12 hrs after my appointment
I had an appointment scheduled for my young daughter for gel polish also and she ended up not going, thank god because these women are not nice or gentle

The ladies in there try to get you in and out. I do a better job at my house. Very rude and smells gross in there. I will never go again.
