The Safeway itself was ok the bakery on the other hand...it was our daughter's 40th b-day my wife picked out a cake and design, i also ordered this doll cake because that's what dads do...I have specific instructions for the dress to be black and the highlights to be gray...quoted me $37.00 specifically told would not be more than $40.00, next day go to pick up cakes the one my wife ordered looked ok....but the doll cake was wrong everything was backwards they made the dress gray which really looked green and the highlights black...as there was no time to have the cake redone I was stuck with it to add insult to injury when we reached the register I was charged over $50.00 for a cake that was not done as ordered...

I always have positive experiences shopping in the Aberdeen Safeway! I've ordered 2 custom cakes from their bakery and both of them turned out perfect! The staff in the bakery is always willing to guide you along while building the cakes and offer helpful tips on frosting choices and designs. I usually use self check-out and continue to do so because the staff stationed there is always friendly and efficient!

Had a terrible experience at the pharmacy due partially to the lack of staffing. This is not the fault of employees but of management. Hire more staff. And don't give me any of of this "people just don't want to work any more bullshit. Offer a fair, liveable wage and people will work. Stop being so greedy.

I came here during a week long solo break to Aberdeen WA, and I found the store to be well-stocked and clean. I needed drinking water, which eventually added chips and dips, which eventually added a few bottles of wine to help with the cold weather. The store is very much arranged like all the other Safeway locations so finding things will be a breeze if you're a Safeway's regular. If not, the aisle signs will guide you to what your needs are... The staff are nice and knowledgeable about the aisle contents. The girl I asked was even nice enough to walk me straight to the aisle and location where the item was! (The advantage of having white hairs...old person vibe...I have to help him and get my good deed for the day done and over with!) And checkout was a breeze as well. We came in at a time when the store was near empty, but still had three cashiers open for checking out. Reminds me of New Zealand where three people in line at the checkout is too crowded, so they open more! If you're in the area, get your shopping done here...great place, reasonable price...

terrible, I called the pharmacy, lst time since Wellcare made us Seniors transfer, no answer, called back, someone answered & said just a minute, poof, they hung up, I'm 71 years old, how long are we going to have to play this silly game.........??/ TERRIBLE customer service, hire some help............YOU look incompetent !! Busy or not.......you don't hang up on people needing their medication..!!!!

Y'all! I had the best customer care experience, at our Safeway, today. I've been craving sushi for like a week. I love Safeway sushi, but awhile back they started packaging it with fresh ginger.

The Safeway itself is just fine. I have no complaints about the store. The breakfast burrito that was premade at Safeway poor part and stuck to the packaging. If you want a breakfast burrito in the morning always get it fresh not premade

I just left the Deli to be ignored for 15 minutes! They had 5 employees back there and 5 customers yet they couldn't even say hello to me! You have the worst most lazy employees I've ever seen! Maybe dont put people back there that don't speak English! Wow!

If you're going to have a line of woman, 5 waiting for the restroom to be cleaned, then make it clean! Seriously. We waited closed to 10 minutes with the line growing while other customers just walked away asking if this was line to use the toilet. Toilet paper on the ground. Seats and toilets had not been touched, but we did have toilet paper. 10 minutes while associates passed the line going to the office and saying nothing. Then this young man walks out, doesn't say a word. Poor customer service!

I came here looking for some food while on the road. Specifically I was hoping for something good to-go, I found it. Their to-go food section was very large and had a wide selection of options. Not all of the sandwich options I had seen before, so I took some time in finding what I wanted. The sandwich I got was well-made, very tasty, and filling. It held me over from mid-afternoon to about 10 p.m. and a hike. Great assortment if this is what you are looking for! They had both cashiers and self-checkout payment avenues. The place was bustling, so having all those lines open helped make check-out a quick process. There were also restrooms, which were clearly labeled, easily accessible and clean.
