The Walmart photo center is absolutely incompetent and they have absolutely no information to offer about your photo order and they are rude! Extremely unknowledgeable and uncaring. I will never use this Walmart photo center again and I strongly suggest you find somewhere else to get your photos developed. Very disgraceful customer service.

Poor service. Email and website do not work. Trying to cancel free delivery service. All screwed up after 3 hour of trying. My billing time is $190 per hour. Do you think you owe me $570. All personal information is on file. Please respond via phone, Email or in person. Think you.

Combo regular store and grocery store, the grocery area is missing a significant amount of produce, condiments, and dairy. There is not a meat department here, and the baked goods seemed to all be trucked in. Zero cranberry sauce and the employees told me they didn't know if they had any. Pet area had no litter boxes or scoops. Cleaning supplies are almost non-existent. They don't carry any bathroom scrubber like Comet, toilet scrubber like Clorox nor Magic Eraser. The dairy section only had two kinds of yogurt, one brand in one size of ricotta and no cream cheese. However, there is a huge amount of alcohol, candy and processed pantry items.Alot of empty shelves.Cashier huffed and puffed because we put items on the conveyor belt to pay for them. She insisted on putting them back in the cart then scanning them. My friend offered to do it and told her we hadn't been to this store before. She insisted on doing it herself and kept complaining about it.This store serves a large area, across a whole county and then some, in a low-income area.

This store and Walmart are involved in credit card fraud. They are double charging customers without them knowing about it and not doing anything to fix it. Avoid doing business here! I am in the process of filing a claim or lawsuit with the FTC.

This Walmart is located in a rundown part of WA state and you can tell. The parking lot is covered in trash and I can't help but feel that walking in the store, too. Felt dirty. Couldn't wait to get out of there.

I was pretty shocked when I called in my grocery order to be paid for by an EBT card and for pick up. The checker scanned a gallon of milk for $3.19. There is something wrong with their scanners. The milk came up and not eligible which I don't understand it's eligible everywhere else. The checker decided the best thing to do was to put it on my Capital One Walmart credit card. I was never asked or told about it. Which is a fraudulent action. I keep tabs on my credit cards so I was looking and saw the charge. I called the store and they had no way to fix it. I called again and spoke to someone in charge of the grocery pickers. According to her there was nothing she could do either and transferred me to another person. As I made my way through the store floor manager and 2 others (again no one could do anything) They didn't know how to fix it was what they told me. Six people later I got in touch with Jaylord J. in the corporate Offices. He agreed that it was a fraudulent charge and that should never have been made. He was very nice and gave me a gift card for $25.00 Which I can't use until I get some money to pay the tax on whatever I might buy. He also sent $ 25.00 off my next order. I can't do anything with that either. It's a 50 mile round trip from my home to the store so it's not like I can just walk across the street. I have removed my credit card and my EBT. I have been a customer of that store for over a year. I don't know why I should be surprised that no one seems to know how to do anything. Between my food and other things I easily spent $4-500 a month there. I was so shocked that the checker had the nerve to just put a charge on my credit card without even letting me know. But hey it's Walmart. I can do my shopping somewhere else easily. I'm fairly sure that Safeway will appreciate the business.

The employees are not helpful with returns that have been approved online by Walmart. They can't seem to understand the process and then give up when they hit a a road block. One phone call to Walmart Customer Service fixed the problem, but the employees didn't even try to get help from Walmart. Overall customer service is pretty low.

My husband and I have been on a road trip across Washington and have visited several Walmart's. On this trip we went to the best Walmart I have ever been to and the worst. This store was without a doubt the worst. To start the parking lot is disgusting. Litter as far as the eye can see. The store itself was filthy and the employees were either clueless, rude, or both. In particular the gentleman working in sporting goods was particularly rude. When my husband asked him a question he actually sighed deeply and rolled his eyes. When I dared ask him if they had anymore of an item he proceeded to tell me if they have it it is in the shelf. I asked him to scan it since he had his handheld scanner in his hand and he rolled his eyes and scanned it. It read three on hand with a location that I am assuming is in the back and he proceeded to tell me it says only one on hand. Why did you point the thing in my direction if you are going to lie about what it reads? It wasn't worth the debate so we ditched the cart, never to return.

Rarely do I consider a Walmart to be "5 out of 5 Stars, would recommend.".. but these guys here are pretty ok. Came into the store on a Wednesday night, 10 min before closing (classy I know) and the door guy was nice. Gave me some followable directions to the sleeping bag area. I rushed like I was participating in that one show back in the day where they ran around the grocery store with their carts like true Americans.. Whizzed past a couple other employees, and when I knew I was getting close but my eyes and brain weren't connecting, I asked another guy who guided me towards the isle with the isle number and the knowledge of what I might find. And with only seconds on the clock before the obviously exhausted Walmart employee, honorably stated that it was infact, 11pm. Closing time and I, tired, exhausted, did I mention tired... Knew I needed to travel to checkout asap. But I needed tums. Although the isle and items in them were all very much clean and pretty darn orderly (for being out of a LOT of items I might add) I couldn't corelate the item I needed to my eyes finding it in the isles of the medication section. I did see a large package of them wrapped in plastic, not yet opened by the one in charge of opening. But I decided against being the one to open the plastic that heald together my Master, my stomachs savior to dreaded heartburn. I whimpered silently to myself, as I jog-walked with my overflowing cart, to the self checkout where myself and a few other stragglers came to finally check out those oh so important items. The kind young gentleman who heald the great, momentous position, Overseer of Customer service-service aka pretend customer has job as cashier aka beep beeper person, was a kind heart. He even gave me very important job training on the ever so complex POS system. I now, gratefully and graciously, possess the ability and skill for multiple payment making in one transaction. Yes. I will forever cherish the time the young man gave me, for I shall never forget, how to pay mostly cash, then a certain amount on a debit card, then complete payment with cash. A smile on my face, my apologetic eyes to those deemed worthy of the blue vests, I heald my reciept. I then thanked the one who gifted me knowledge, and started for the door. I then was met with one I'd like to call my spirit animal. The one who may just have the most important jobby job of all jobs at Walmart... The Did you really pay for all that, I don't know and shouldn't believe you so I must look closely upon your reciept and cart before I let you leave the store guy. He was most special of all, because his shoes lit up like a Christmas tree, his sunglasses at night, tilted upward as to emulate possibly a being not of this earth. So tall was he. I was in awe. I thanked him again and again as he wished me well and to drive safely. How kind. I will never forget this closing time Aberdeen Washington Walmart supercenter adventure. I truly appreciate, because it is few and far between, these epic experiences at a Walmart supercenter. So please, go there. Please not 10 minutes til closing if you can help it. But experience for yourselves, the special moments, at the Walmart Supercenter, in Aberdeen Washington.

This is not the store to shop at if you are in a hurry. There aren't many shopping choices in this area and long lines are pretty normal. The store itself is fine. It's a typical Walmart. I have had people walk up to me in the parking lot and ask for money at least half a dozen times on various visits to this store. There are signs posted that say not to give money to panhandlers because they will use the money for drugs. I would recommend staying alert in this particular parking lot.

I was getting ready to checkout. I stopped at the self checkout on the pharmacy side of the store. I asked the checker if those self checkouts were 20 items or less, or if I could checkout there. She replied with, "well I'm not doing it if that's what you're asking." She had just finished helping another customer, there was a second employee keeping an eye on the machines, Jo Ann, the employee that I was speaking to was not busy at all. I then explained that I wasn't asking her to check me out & that I would just go to the self checkouts on the food side, she had no reply & walked away. I work in customer service & I found her behavior to be very unprofessional to say the least!

Living on the harbor this is your only option as far as shopping centers goes, so of course it's got five stars coming.. Sometimes it's to crowded but other than that if they don't have what I want in stick I can get it online so it works for me....
