“With the assistance of a local shelter I was able to get my cat in for an emergancy surgury when they were not taking on any new clients. I consider myself very luck that they had a last minute cancelation and that I could arrange my schdule to accommodate. I had to schedule a follow up visit with my normal vet, which was expected and discussed in advance. I'm forever grateful that their very caring team of professionals were so gracious to take us in!!! Thank you!!”

“Dr.Nova is an amazing vet and she does so much for my dog. The only frustration I ever have is with making an appointment on any given day. I've been put on hold several times on one particular day and hung up on before even getting a chance to say anything. Not a good way to run a business or to maintain clients. This issue has gotten worse and now I'm debating on moving vets because of the impossibility of getting an appointment.”
