Phone has been out 2 days now. Can't make or receive calls??? I can text but nothing else! Not good at 70 yrs old! And bill is paid!!

I lost my phone. The representative was only concerned about making a sale. Did zero to help me activate my old phone. Left me phone less!!! Yet, proceeded to tell me about all the free equipment his family was getting for Christmas. I was phoneless for a full month. After being a customer with Verizon since 2015.

I just switched to Verizon after 30+ years with AT&T. Jason Bird was an exceptional representative of the company. He shepherded me through the process- and stuck with me through technology issues - and made sure I has full service before I left the store. Customer service like that is not easily found. Thanks,

As busy as they were on Saturday they still got through to everyone as quickly and efficiently as they could. Only needed a quick purchase. But, still received great customer service.

My review is based solely on the customer service I received while in the store today. I worked with Chris and his patience was most excellent. I walked in with an issue and he did not stop working the problem out until the issue was thoroughly resolved. I would’ve lost patience an hour into the call, and I visibly was frustrated with the entire experience, but Chris maintained his composure and worked diligently to make sure I walked away with a working phone, not what I walked in with.Verizon on the other hand was a complete nightmare, I am so grateful for Chris and his patience with the matter, I would’ve not been so kind.Cheers Chris excellent customer service overshadows todays events.Thank you!

Jon Williams at the aberdeen wa location goes above and beyond for me every time ! If I have issues he always answers my calls and resolves them!

I am still to mad to post it. Ok so they sold me a new 5G plan and phoneThe problem is no 5G service to go along with that expensive new phone and service plan..then they failed to enter me in the auto pay I have maintained for years and sending me a bill for full payment of the new expensive phone they said would only cost a few bucks a month. Adding insult to injury they then turned my account over to a collection agency spoiling my credit rating I worked hard to establish.

Jennifer was amazing to work with. She got me the latest iPhone, helped me with my account and did it all with smile. She took the time to work with me and treat me well. VERY AWESOME customer service! I won't go anywhere else now.
