I did not like it. I noticed several things that were wrong for my first time there. 1, they don't have the business license visible to customers,2, the stations were not properly set up and prepared,3, their stations do not get cleaned and sanitized after each client,4, they don't use professional equipment and they use paint brushes to clean clients hands, 5, the acrilic power is gross and they don't properly clean their powder brushes when wiping extra acrylic off,6, it is dirty and smells. I will not be going back there

First time going to this place and it was really nice. I love that the man who did my acrylic nails took his time with his work unlike wishka nails. The shape was perfect. However I would love to see a longer foot massage after a perfect pedicure. But that's just cause it felt so goodI will definitely be going back to the best nail place in aberdeen!!Services: Pedicure

Online it says they’re open Saturdays at 9am. Showed up at 9am door says 9:30am. Waited until 10:15 for someone to show up since they only take walk ins. No one showed up. Waste of my time.

I have always had painfully thin natural nails. Due to the constant problems they cause me, I've been getting my nails done from various locations between Aberdeen and Lacey, for the past several years. Some nail techs have been understanding and careful with my unique situation while others have recklessly caused severe damage, extreme tearing, and bleeding without even so much as an apology.Tracy Nails is the best place I've found in the entire Grays Harbor area. Today was my 4th visit and over these visits, my nails have been done by Lee and Thai, both providing outstanding work, understanding to my needs, and excellent service every time. In fact, Lee has even done nail art and French tips in a way that another well known local nail salon told me I couldn't have, for some made-up reason. (Not that she was unable to, but she made it sound like it was somehow my fault that I couldn't have the design that I requested.)The work that they both do in applying the acrylic nails and gel polish is impressive and look completely natural and last me weeks longer, unlike other local salons in comparison.Their prices are also on par with all the other (better) nail salons locally, and surrounding Olympia as well.I highly recommend the new Tracy Nails in Aberdeen! They have made a loyal customer out of me. Thank you Thai and Lee!(See pic for Thai's beautiful work today.)

My sister in law came here to get her nails done, she has a developmentally challenged SEVEN YEAR OLD. They kicked her out of their salon for him talking (which he cannot communicate like you and I do). They refused to finish her nails, or at least take off what they had started. This is how she left the salon. This is the most disrespectful, pitiful, disgusting, treatment I have ever heard of. To refuse someone service based off of a disability of A CHILD. Do better.

The place looks like they still haven't moved in/under construction and has looked this way for years. The prices are way too high. The pedicure wasn't HORIBLE but it most definitely was NOT good. It cost $80 for two pedicures. For what you get for $80, it is not worth it.

I never post bad reviews, but this was Horrible. I went in and only one guy working. He did horrible on my nails. And when his wife and kids got there they started screaming at each other in front of the customers and then she stormed out in the middle of doing someone's nails. .. most uncomfortable and unprofessional place I have ever been to . I don't recommend ever going.Services: Manicure

Popped in for a mani/pedi while in town. There was a bit of a wait, but they were efficient and moved clients through. Everything was carefully cleaned between services. My manicurist provided a thorough & gentle pedicure and manicure. Fingers & toes look great!

I love getting my nails here. There’s only one problem, they can’t do a lot of the designs I want. The wife is really nice to me. I usually pay 55$ for a gel full set with 2 designs, or 40$ for gel full set no designs.Services: Acrylic nails

Lights are on but nobody is home....consistently. The owners are friendly and they do a great job. The downside is they will be closed during the posted business hours. My suggestion to this business is at least update the answering machine if your going to be closed. Some of us rural folks drive a good distance to get your business and will just keep driving to Olympia next time.

It saddens me to know that this establishment found it permissible to throw out a young mother and her severely disabled, very young child because he was crying. There was only one customer in the building that happened to work with disabled children and was trying to help so the young mother could finish getting her nails done - a way to help her feel good about herself. Tracy Nails would not complete nor remove the already done nails. This business should be boycotted.
