When I purchased A large appliance from you guys online and your form asked about what is the convenient delivery time? I entered the afternoon at 1 PM or later. So I got my delivery time today and it's 9 AM to 1 PM. NOT OKAY. I called back and was told I can schedule for a different day but the delivery times I basically whenever they feel like it. what's the point of asking when you're gonna do anything you want anyhow? Lost my business. I have a lot of things going on Sat. and had to do some juggling. I was transferred to you quality control survey by Daisy and it rang then hung up. You guys are a joke.

My husband sent me to Home Depot to get things I've never heard of, I think to pay me back for always asking him to go to the grocery store. I sincerely thought I was going to have a panic attack, Joe was so incredibly helpful. Give that guy a raise! Also, the gentleman who helped me get everything into the vehicle was awesome too. He had blue eyes and wore an American flag cap. THANK YOU BOTH!

Do they EVER answer their phones? And then good luck getting someone who speaks English...spent 15 minutes trying to convey to a Spanish speaking person what I was looking for. Fairly simple, but he could not understand, and would not pass the phone to someone who understood English. Delivery is expensive, which is why we went with Lowe's for the fridge...further distance, but delivery was free. Always seems to be an issue. And tool rentals? Get outta here!

Horrible customer service as a former employee of the home depot and the training I remember you always approach the customers especially if their wondering around looking at stuff. I was prepared to spend a good amount of money on a kitchen island. The associates working in the abetdeen store in washington this day were more into talking to each other then even wory about us ill have to go to lowes and hopefully have a better experience

This store UNLIKE the other HD stores wont’t give the veterans the 10% discount unless we upload our personal information ( like social security number) to their computers. Then they limit you to just $400. I used to do this but after having to live with 3 identity thief’s because companies cant keep my info secure i don’t. Chehalis understands this and doesn’t make us do this. The next time i come out this way to do repairs at my girl friends house i wont take my business here i will do it back home.

Well here we are again, wishing I could select "0" Stars for absolutely miserable performance. HOME DEPOT ABERDEEN continues to FAIL to live up to the miserably low standards the company maintains. This company is obviously run by a bottom feeding number cruncher who is not at all interested in customer service and just wants profit to up his/her salary. So what happened I struggled thru their less than user friendly automation system to place in order to place an order for 300 Retaining wall block for a contractor who is doing the job (and won't deal with Home Depot because of their poor performance) When I finally got in the system they only had 110 O/H in Aberdeen and after finally getting ahold of "Customer Service" was told they didn't know when they'll get anymore. I opted to take the 110 blocks and paid for home delivery which was setup for October 5 or 6th. On Friday Sep 30th they called to say they don't have a truck and are delaying deliver to sometime between 6am and 8 pm on Tuesday Oct 11th. So on the 11th about 11 am with no contact I called "customer Service" to make sure the driver knows that GPS in this area is sending users to an area where they can't get to my address and to provide correct directions. At 11 am the day of delivery there was no mention of any problems and the on line delivery status says the order is being process and deliver is on time. At 2 pm I receive a call from "Customer service" saying they don't have a truck and don't know when they'll have one and I can either cancel or pick up the 2 plus pallets of materials myself. So like my contractor I'm stuck trying to get a job done despite HOME DEPOT's miserable performance with no competition and no apparent desire to service the community. Shop elsewhere if you can.

They didn't have part of our online Curbside pickup order Sp they found the items at the store in Warrenton and had them brought all the way up to us in Grayland at NO additional charge!! That is definitely service above and beyond. We deeply appreciated that!

I was in need of two NPT hose fittings so I called Home Depot yesterday. I talked to a lady who went looking and came back to the phone to tell me that YES, they had them in stock. As Home Depot is a 20 minute drive from where I live, I often phone ahead if there is any question. I also prefer to shop locally whenever I can. So first thing today I was off to get my fittings to complete the current project I am doing. Once I arrive and spend 15 minutes looking where she had said they were to no avail, I asked for help. And who should be the one to come to my aid, why of course the very same lady I had talked to on the phone just yesterday. What a surprise when she informs me that NO, they do have have any NPT fittings. When I asked her why she would tell me they had them when clearly they didn't, her reply was "that's not what I meant". Seriously? I left empty handed even though I had another 200 bucks worth of tools and such on my shopping list that I was going to purchase just because I was already there. Sheer incompetence .

So I waited on hold for 13 minutes. I talked to three people that put me back on hold. I made my order December 22 it's now January 6. They tell me it's supposed to be delivered today between 8 AM and 8 PM. I let them know I have to go to work 3 PM when I made the purchase. Now that it is the day of delivery I am unable to get a hold of anybody to relay that message a second time. We will see. I was told there is no one that can talk to me from the pro desk or order scheduling. They are on lunch. It was 8:45am on a Thursday. I spent $1200.00 with them more then two weeks ago and this is how they take care of me and my purchase. I have made other orders with them in the past and similar issues have occurred. Had to wait a week for my delivery. Then two out of the three items delivered "Not what I ordered" so the went back. Waited another week to get the right products. That was an $800.00 purchase. So if you work a job and want to buy from the Home Depot. Good luck to you. Give it 3 to 5 weeks and try to have a backup friend ready to wait for your order to come. Make sure you check your orders when they get there.

Out of all the HD & Hardware store I've been to up & down the westcoast as a contractor. This is the worst I have ever been. Service is terrible! Hard to find anyone to acknowledge you let alone give you helpful advice. Hit Lowes up in Thurston county or Dennis. Company depending on what you need. I'll spend money someplace else before I go back to this store.

I ordered flooring from Home Depot. I got one email telling me that my Oder would arrive at the local Home Depot on November 3. I called to get a projected arrival two days before, and I was told my order would arrive on November 3. I called Home Depot, at the close of the day to ask about my order. I was told it was delayed by 6 days. I asked the employee why I had not been notified. She asked if I would like to speak to a manager. I informed her that I would. I was switched over to a call center employee, who could not care less. She tried to blame another department for lack of notifications about my flooring. I told her it doesn't matter who gets blamed for sloppy customer service, since they all still work for Home Depot. I paid through PayPal, or I would have canceled the order (which was over $2000). I'll try Lowe's next time. It's farther away, but I won't be buying from Home Depot again. Even after talking to a "manager" 3 hours ago, I still have no update on my flooring in my email.

purchased an LG washer and dryer and included the extended warranty on 12/27/19. I asked the sales person if I would have any issues getting service, she said I would not. I called for service on 5/10/21, the washer was making banging sounds when it was doing a high speed spin. After waiting about 3 weeks I finally got a hold of the service company. They said they had me scheduled for 6/8/21. The service person called the morning of 6/8 to confirm that I would be here. Then he called around 3:30 asking what was wrong, I explained what it was doing, he so oh it may need parts and I'm running late. We need to reschedule. It called back latter and said I was rescheduled for 7/8/21 a whole month latter. I called Home Depot to see if they could do anything, they responded after 3 days saying there wasn't anything they could do. So don't depend on getting service anytime soon when you purchase a major appliance thru Home Depot
