"Were open until 6"*closes two hours early*As many local banks as there are, give this one a hard pass.Find one where the people who work there actually know the hours of operation

We've been with Timberland Bank since we moved here about 18 months ago. The person opening the accounts for us was named Jon, may have been spelled John. He was very friendly, yet professional to myself and my husband. We had to provide proof of our new address, which was easy, and our identification. Love this bank!

I have been banking with Timberland for over 30 years. Have had checking, savings and loans with them. All have been handled with excellent staff. I like that they know me and remember my name.

The tellers are so nice I think the one that usually helps me is john, jon? This is my first bank account since I moved and I could not be happier.

Tried several times to just talk to some one about opening a bank account here. They would not even answer any of my questions about bank account options or fees because we just moved here and could not provide a PUD bill. Was told to come back with mail proving my new address and when I did it was "insuficiant" wasted my gas. Went to the bank down the street.

Tried this branch as well,.. For opening a New Account. Seems you need ID... for Every Property or Place you may reside. Though my ID was as a current home in Seattle. (parents, I take care of them ☺)

I opened an account with Timberland about a month ago. I will be closing this account on Monday. 1. I drove to the bank's ATM as I needed to make a cash deposit. Oh to my surprise, their ATM does not take deposits!!! What if I needed to get the money in my account so I could make sure everything would clear and I wouldn't get an NSF? 2.I had some errands to run, I stopped at 7-11 and got $20 out of their ATM (wanted a soda and didn't want to use my card), then I went to Walmart, had a few RX's to pick up $23.59 and a few groceries. $ 61.94. At the check out for groceries, my card was declined twice, so I gave the checker a different card and paid for my groceries. She gave me a slip of paper with the decline code. 3.Went to my car, got the debit card out and dialed the number on the card. It rings and...."The number you have called is no longer in service or has been disconnected!" The area code number is transposed, Do they not have a QC dept?????? 4. I called the number again using the local area code. not much better because I got a recording to leave a message, Oh but wait...... the mailbox is full. It's almost funny. Linda P.

The new online banking feature was an absolute disaster. Being locked out for over two weeks and not being able to pay online was unacceptable. Once it was up and running i paid my bills. recently many of my payments have come back as returned and not a single record on the account.
