HUGE SHOUTOUT to Kacidy who was truly above and beyond! We went there to switch service and prepared for it to be a chore but thanks to her it felt like a breeze. Professionalism, Time efficiency, Knowledge, Social skills all stellar!! An example to follow!

I have been here a few times. They need to hire more staff; there's just one person working every time I've been here while someone's on break or they are alone. They move fast and work hard. They goofed when I picked up my modem the first time, so I had to go back for them to make an adjustment and give me my modem back. However, the manager offered a credit to my account for the inconvenience. I appreciated that, but when it didn't appear for 2 weeks, I had to call in to get it.

I want to say what a wonderful experience I had with Acoya at the T mobile store . I have cancer and dealing with a dieing phone is a scary horrific thing to say the least. I stopped by the store and she helped me every step of the way, not only that she had a steady stream of customers who she helped one right after another with out missing a step. I want to say thank you very much and you're awesome ??

The ladies at the store were friendly and able to help me. while also explaining my bill and promotions on ny account. Definitely will go back and go over any issues or getting a phone in store for now on.

Today was the launch of the IPhone 15. I got up bright and early and was the first one at the store this morning. I showed up at 8am, told them what I was looking for, they had me pay the remainder of my bill, which was fine but only to be told they didn’t have any iPhone 15s at this location AFTER paying the remainder. I then called another store close by to ask about this location and if they had any in stock at all. I was told they couldn’t tell me how many which again was fine but that this store did indeed have some. I then went to another location that told me that this store specifically turns customers away all the time and sends them to different locations. I am extremely unhappy with my experience at this store and feel that the employees here are dishonest.

My favorite T-mobile store to do business. The manager and her team seem to truly care about the community and are both assertive and direct, wile also being informative about their products and services.

The T Mobile store manager in Aberdeen Washington yelled at my elder mom that she needed to “adjust her attitude” and mumbled “don’t let the door hit you on the way out” today. You Ma’am should be fired and have no business working in Customer service!

Absolute incompetence, lack of corporate communication, and a serious lack of customer service. I canceled my internet service on 5/14/23 through the online customer service. They told me that they would send an email with an attachment to print a label to return the equipment. I explained that I don't have a printer and they suggested that I return the device to my local store. On 5/20/23 I arrived at the T-Mobile on Wishkah Ave in Aberdeen, Wa. There were 3 employees, one was more interested in knitting something, another was indifferent and the 3rd was having a problem logging into her device. Once logged on, I said that I was returning the internet equipment to which the girl helping me said "...this is outside of the 14-day return window and we can't accept it here..." in addition she stated that "...the service hasn't been canceled and won't be until your next billing cycle. " I told her that "...I called last week to cancel the device and your customer service people told me to return the equipment to my local store. ". The "knitting" employee stated that they can't accept returns here. Being frustrated with the situation, I lost my temper and said you've got to be f'ing kidding me. Your people told me to bring it in! At that point, understandably, I was asked to leave the store. What I don't understand is why can't a T-Mobile store accept T-Mobile returned equipment.
