“I just had an amazing experience at big 5. Earlier this week I ran in to buy a new pair of shoes for work. I have had a good experience with this brand in the past. However this time I did not because I did not by them in wide fit they did not fit correctly. I even wore them one whole day at work. When I bought them I threw away the box with the receipt. I brought the shoes in a couple of days later and asked if I could possibly return them and choose another pair and just pay the difference. To tell you the truth I have worked in customer service before and I know that without a recipe there's not much a manager can do. But I spoke with the manager on duty named Cheree and explained my distressing situation to her. She took the time to ask me how I paid , and because I paid with a card she was able to return them so that I could buy a shoe right for my foot. Thank you Cheree and Big 5.”
