Self Storage in Aberdeen, WA

“I don't have any personal experience with this storage facility, I was only a good Samaritan that saw an 18 wheeler pulled in front of this facility on the side of the road and pulling out to regain the flow of traffic on hwy 12 when I saw 3 separate fires ???. I pulled over calling emergency services as one was near the entrance, another by a power pole and the last near the cut back sticker bushes and the fence line. I can only imagine with the dry weather and perhaps hot breaks that combo caused sparks to fly leading to these fires starting. A few other good samaritans offered help as I had my hazard lights on and we were dousing the fires with bottled water and a 2 gentleman also assisting with an extinguisher and stomping the wet ground. An officer did come on the scene to ensure they were put out and confirm the call.
I've always seen this place to be clean and secure in its appearance there is plenty of blacktop separating the storage facility from the fence line and away from the side of the road so I wasn't concerned with it passing to the storage facility, but I wasn't going to drive by with oh calling it it or do nothing.

I would say check the facility out and see if it fits your needs , it has a clean exterior and clean grounds and that is encouraging just as an outside presentation. I can't give 5 stars as I have no experience with the facility and I can't say anything negative about my experience with their business.

Just wish the party responsible for these 3 fires in front and at the entrance and in front of this facility would have stepped up.
I don't know if it was the trucker trucker I saw pulling away, having caused the fires or not, but let's all be responsible and respectful -please secure your loads and if you see smoke and flames or smoldering it can lead to devastating results and impacts.”

“It's kept clean. But they get real crazy if you end up having to be there past closing! There are no lights in the units makes seeing a pain when your in the back of a bigger unit. It's windy and the train is super loud when it goes by the units have no temp control and the floor can wick moisture up in to cardboard so you have to put pallets or something down to set your boxes on. The owner is nice the lady that works there is not so nice.”

“Have been a customer of Aberdeen Ultimate Garage Plus since they first opened. The owner is a very professional yet understanding person.Great place for a business, indoor storage, outdoor storage, or just a man-cave to hang out and enjoy your hobbies in.I highly suggest using this facility if you are interested in opening an automotive related business, or have hobbies.There are cameras covering the front half of the property - nobody comes in or out without being seen.The facility is pet friendly (if your pet is friendly)The price is well worth the space (I pay $1000 a month and have 6 cars inside my unit)There are heated AND non-heated units available.Unfortunately there is one very rude old lady that rents a unit and drives a silver chevrolet truck and harasses other renters on the property, don't let that scare you away though, she's just old and senile. ❤️”

“The Owens of this place are very nice and they give you time to pay as long as u call them and let them know ur payment will be late they will work with u also don’t ever have to worrie about people braking in and stilling ur belongings. Always ur storage will be safe”

“They're are cheeper then most places are I have a unit with them since mother passed away 2015 and my rent only 40$ I don't live in the area but I love my storage unit people here I will not go anywhere else hugs and 😘”
