Not happy with safeway pharmacy at all. Called on Wednesday about a priscription. They said they had to order it and it would be in on Thursday. Its Friday and I'm told it won't be in untill Monday. Don't count on safeway. If I could go somewhere else I would.

Hrs of operation are great because we needed a prescription from the ER visit late in the evening. Quick fill of prescription and friendly service.

Avoid Becky!Called in a prescription around noon and was told it would be approximately 2 hours to fill. Since they were open until 9pm it seemed they could fill same day but I decided to wait until the following day.Came in at 2:45pm allowing almost 15 hours to fill the order.When I got to pickup I had the unfortunate situation of having Becky assist me.She said the order wasn’t ready because “300” other orders had come in. I found this confusing and when I questioned why I was quoted two hours the day before she came back with an attitude.If there were truly 300 orders in front of me why say 2 hours 15 hours ago??Having been in customer service for 30 years I found this to be extremely rude and unprofessional.- To Becky-If you don’t like your job or can’t perform in a professional manner please find another job suited to your level of customer service ability.

They don't have the people to run it so even if you get there 30 min before they close you can't get you prescription. Going to take our business somewhere else. Not to mention the cashier lady gets upset and is just rude.

Used to be early or at least on time. Now I go with out night meds for days have to wait for insulin and run out of allergy meds. Get on the ball order more meds and if you can't get it all done then work longer hours tell you get the job done

The first couple times were fine. The third wasn't great. Got the text saying my meds are ready to pick up but I noticed they filled the wrong one. Called to clarify and the woman on the phone didn't listen to me and just told me that I had no more refills. I explained that they filled the wrong one and I was trying to figure out what went wrong. She said she would fax my Dr. So now I have the one I requested and the one I didn't! Fairly certain they asked for a refill of the one I didn't want and don't actually need as I have 3 nearly full bottles of it now.I really wish we had a good pharmacy in town!!

Ever since they have that woman pharmacist things have turned pretty awful there. The lines that you wait in are usually pretty slow moving. We miss previous management, that was a very friendly and personable pharmacist. People that can not give you the time of day to greet you when they come to the check out to counsel you, shouldn't be in public retail pharmacies. We had to transfer our business elsewhere.

So done! They said my meds were being filled, come by in an hour. I live 25 miles out of town. I got there and they said..oh.. we don’t have any, it will be delivered tomorrow and I promise you’ll get them then. Next day I called and they said pick them up this afternoon. I have now driven 75 miles to get this refill. The girl said..oh they are on back order. I asked when it would be in, she said I don’t know, looking at the pharmacist, who is also new. She said they don’t make that dosage anymore. You have to call your Dr. To get a new order. All they had to do is fill with the half doses they said they have in stock. This is not the first time I’ve had this problem since these young apathetic girls have been hired. The new pharmacy requested my meds list to be sent over and Safeway refused to send anything but one med I don’t need a refill on. This pharmacy said that’s ridiculous. I would advise the community if you have important medications, that you have them refilled somewhere other than Safeway pharmacy in Aberdeen.

Been using this pharmacy a long time now. I do think the workers are usually quite nice. I do wish they would have 2 people checking out more often than they do though because there has been many many times where the line is backed up into the meat section and it takes a very long time to just check out. I never expect my prescriptions to be ready the same day either. It usually takes a day or so.

For medical reasons many of us Aberdeen folks can not drink city water. One year ago the price of Crystal Geyser water was 5 for $5.00. That was reasonable and fair. Then six months ago price increased to 3 for $5.00. Today it is $2.45 per gallon. That is about 2 for $5.00. Mathematically the price has increased 150% in 12 months. Please consider at least the 3 for $5.00 again. Thank you.

I understand they don't have enough people to work here, but the managing pharmacist was what made me finally change pharmacies!I have looked past so many issues with this pharmacy because a couple of the pharmacists explained that they didn't have enough employees. I put up with having to call over & over & I was shocked when I first moved here because, at times, they don't even answer the phone! I have had to wait eight hours for a prescription. They rarely have my prescriptions ready, & I've read reviews from others that say the same. I asked a pharmacy employee about getting a vaccination & they rudely pointed at the front of the cash register & said "read the date & times." After that, I decided NOT to get my vaccinations there! They've told my caregiver that they are out of stock of a medication that can cause me to have seizures if I don't take it, then I'd call 2 minutes later, upset & they suddenly have it. They've said they were out of my heart medication & then suddenly had it not long after. On one occasion, I came in extremely sick after leaving the emergency room, needing to get an antibiotic filled & they told me they may not be able to fill it! I've waited in line for an hour. I've overlooked so much, but I finally changed pharmacies after calling several times & having to deal with the extremely unpleasant managing pharmacist! She told me my doctor cancelled my prescription, but couldn't tell me the date & of course, she wouldn't make any calls to help & wouldn't ever do anything else to help...she was just short with me & would sigh, take deep breaths & made it clear that having to answer questions was taking up time she just didn't have. This pharmacy is too bust to provide decent service, so I made sure they had one less customer because I have a lot of health issues & require many prescriptions, obviously they do not need the business!
