Steven saved my day!! I needed some stubborn and hard to access headlights replaced to safely drive. I'd been to 2 different auto parts places and they were unable to get the dust caps off and ultimately said they couldn't help. Steven with the extra effort was able to get it done. I am so appricative! I will definitely make sure O'Reillys is my first stop next time. Thank you!!!

Hi Eric , just wanted you to know that I got my battery replaced by HARBOR BATTERY yesterday. After you told me I had to go elsewhere to get my FORD EDGE TITANIUM ecoboost a battery because it needed to be registered to the car. Something you guys can't do because you don't have the tools. And guess what? It was only$139.

Myself, Debbie and Tony, our neighbor, had been calling every parts store in the area, searching for an electrical heater relay. The customer service at this store, even just on the phone, was head and shoulders above the others. Once we got there, they really went out of their way to try and find our part. Both employees were wonderful! Larry, especially, deserves a raise. He went above and beyond for us. He didn't quit looking for the right part and we truly appreciate it! We now have a working heater and defroster! Thank you, O'Reilly!
