I called and spoke to Sherry, one of the owners, and they sent somebody out right away to check it. They acknowledged that it was damaged and immediately ordered us a replacement. “This shop got a good review from a friend who bought her mattress here. I went into the store and having done a lot of research on mattresses , I pretty much knew what I wanted. I was helped right away. She listened and began to show me the mattresses I was looking for. She didn't try to "sell" me one, she really cared about my specifications. I was very impressed. I was able to try several out and some for 20 minutes or so. There was never any pressure to sell me any but only valid information to every question asked. I found one that I loved. It was delivered and I have slept like a baby on it for two months now. The men who delivered it and set it up for me were wonderful. Honestly, this was one of the happiest and BEST experiences I've ever had! I am so grateful for these wonderful people who helped me find the perfect mattress for me.
