  I started here in December 2022 so I am still new. From the moment I walked in I learned that you become part of a family, everyone is friendly and always willing to teach. In my short experience with jiu jitsu I have learned how humbling and just relaxing it is, you will always leave training feeling exhilarated.

  I signed my grandson up hoping to build his confidence and meet new friends. what I got was much more. We have only been there three times now and absolutely love it. My grandson is definitely hooked. Professor Lindsey is great with the kids and his teaching is easy to follow for my grandson. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a wholesome place for a child to build healthy friendships and build good character. Thank you Lindsey for taking time to invest in our children and to your wife for setting up a good family atmosphere.
