Patty branch manager called the cops. Tried to cash a couple pay checks. Treated like a criminal. Called to come back. David said I wasn't a human being. Boycott Key Bank.

You have to pay 7.50 to cash one of their checks if you don't have an account I don't agree with that and it was a check for doing jury duty.

ATM wasn't working Sunday and now Monday tried to go in to get some cash. Woman at locked door asked want I wanted VERY rudely. Told her I needed some cash from my account. Was told VERY rudely I needed my account number not just my bank card and ID there system was down. Like it was my fault or something . She made it seem like a big inconvenience me having the audacity to want MY money from my account VERY VERY rude Woman

Evelyn is the best! She worked with me all day on an issue and was polite, professional and very caring! She gets a 5*. She had a co-worker who interfered with our process and the co-worker was rude and dismissive! Keep up the great customer service, Evelyn! You rock!

The ATM at Aberdeen WA malfunctioned and $800.00 from a withdrawal was sucked back into their machine. After following their long process to be compensated, their processing department denied their machine ate my money. I have witness and will be forced to take the bank to small claims court. Total scam of an operation.

Fantastic customer service. Laura Pezzola spent plenty of time with us as we opened our business account. She answered every question I had, making sure I understood each step of the process, making it as painless as possible. Very satisfied with the services I was provided and will continue to do business with them.

This bank and their merchant services are a joke. They have overdrawn our business account with charges that we were never told about. We were told there would be help 24)7. Not true. Nobody ever calls back.

Large bank for small town, reminds you that Aberdeen/ Grays Harbor was a place of thriving businesses at one point. Wasn't able to reach teller using drive thru system, teller inside was nice and took care of transaction easily.

One of THE WORST experiences in banking I have ever had! Have been waiting nearly a year for a new debit card. They've sent me 4 that are either in someone else's name, they don't have record of or they just don't work. They charged me for statements that I have never received, even though I stopped in the bank more than 8 times to resolve this issue, they took fees out of my accounts for never sending the statements I was charged for TWICE! They put them in 'safekeeping' for me for $10 per month PLUS an $18 monthly fee on my account. No records of my banking for me, they just kept my stuff safe for $28 per month. But hey, I cannot get those safe kept items unless I pay again. ONE EVIL BANK! RUN AWAY FAST...that is EXACTLY WHAT I AM DOING! Sadly it wasn't fast enough!
