They seem to limit too much they amount of items one can choose from. When I see the same items week after week that I have to wait to get is some times frustrating. But otherwise the staff or volunteers are friendly.

If you're down on your luck you can get a referral from one of a number of organizations including DSHS. Very high quality clothing, shoes,coats and other sundry items.

The selection is usually pretty good. And the people there are very nice and helpful, without being condescending.
