A repair that I had done at Five Star was not done well and trying to get the issue resolved has been ridiculous. Overall the customer service I have received around this issue from Five Star has been sub par and if I could give less than one star I would.

My experience was great from start to finish! All of the people that I worked with were professional, kind and friendly. My sales person Matt is the best, and this is why I highly recommend asking for him personally! I needed a way to get there to pick my car up so Matt arranged Ryan to come get me in the company vehicle. With Ryan, I was met with a friendly face, had plesent conversation on the drive, and he was also a safe driver! Upon arriving, I met with Dave to handle my financing. He was friendly and informative when helping me understand my choices and made the normally daunting process of paperwork a breeze! These guys make up a dream team for Five-star Toyota so if you want to buy a car and feel like you are being taken care of while doing it here is your team!Your welcome?

Was having a HEADACHE navigating the Seattle Toyota dealerships, with one asking for a ridiculous add-on package that was mandatory. Five Star Toyota, however, was so much better with no hidden packages.Working with Justin Reed to buy a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid was an absolute pleasure. Before going in to pickup my new car, Justin was very helpful in easing my anxiety around qualifying for a good deal and rate. When finally in, Justin was very helpful in giving me a tour of the car and making the entire process feel like the best customer service experience I’ve had. Thanks Justin!

The dealership is clean and welcoming and the staff I’ve met were all courteous. Trent, our main sales person, was super great to work with. They offer and explain all of the extra potential coverages and add-one you can purchase with your new car, but I never felt like I was being strong-armed into buying anything I didn’t want. We are looking forward to continuing to work with this dealer on our vehicle services and future vehicle purchases as well!

I don't write many online reviews but since I received great service plus the Service Team went the extra mile, I wanted to share my experience.Recently I took my 2011 Venza to Five Star Toyota for an oil change. The oil change and service were done well and in a reasonable amount of time but the main reason for my high rating is the following:When Steve in the Service Department called to say my car was ready, I mentioned there was a noise in heating/cooling vents when I turned on the fan after my prior oil change in April. I looked under the hood but could not find anything obvious. However I'd found stuff lodged in my in-cabin air filter, so I though more might be in the fan system as well. Five months later, the noise was still driving me crazy.Even though the oil change work was already done, I asked if Steve if they could take a quick look for that. When I arrived 10 minutes later, they'd checked the fan, found a bunch of leaves & needles, cleaned it out, and still had my car ready for pickup.My thanks to Steve and the service team for taking the time and the extra effort to sort that out.My husband appreciates the help as well since I no longer complain about the pesky noise. :-)

Five Star Toyota service department is outstanding. They do a thorough job and almost always have me done early. Their staff at the service counter, Brad most recently, is always helpful and friendly.

The buying process was smooth, efficient and transparent with no markups, no dealer accessories fittings which was remarkable considering the fact that most of the Toyota dealers are taking advantage of the low supply high demand situation to make extra money.Worked with Salesperson Justin Reed who is smart and very efficient, he was able to get us through the buying process in less than 2 hours. Manager Steve and Finance guy Rodney were courteous and helpful.Highly recommend Justin Reed and the Five Star Toyota dealership if you are looking for a no-nonsense buying experience for your next Toyota.

Booking my oil change was super easy, I love online booking without having to call. I was able to comfortably get work done in their waiting area with free lattes. Everyone was friendly as normal, a good start to my Friday.

I am no expert on cars, but I do know a thing or two about America. While I had the pleasure of strolling through the lot with a dapper young man, (Marshall if I recall correctly) we reminisced of brighter days when the automobile was the epitome of the American dream. Just beside the white picket fence, atop the driveway was our ticket to see the world. But it seems evident now that the grass was, as it always seems to be, quite a bit greener on the other side. Little did we know, what once was a symbol of freedom was simply a facade. Everyday it becomes more clear to see that human progress has become stifled by the choke-hold of oil/gas conglomerates, and we sit about and ponder our individual influence on our environment.. How could we have let it get this far?I left that day with a used 1 ton crew cab diesel! Needless to say, Marshall was a pleasure to work with, as well as everyone alse i encountered, and all is well with my wonderful truck!

When our 2021 GMC Sierra 3500HD would not drive any faster than 30-40 miles per hour, we had it towed to Five Star Chevrolet in Aberdeen on July 6th, 2023. We were told the first opening for service would be July 18th. A bit disappointed, we still needed the truck repaired.On July 7th, we received a phone call that our truck was ready to pick up, it was an electrical issue that needed to be reset. We were thrilled that it wasn't something major and repaired in less than 24 hours.Hats off to JW and his service team working us into a full schedule and getting our truck back to us! Way to go Aberdeen Five Star Chevrolet. ? Absolutely giving this service department Five Stars! *****

I drive an hour to have Five Star Toyota service my vehicle. Trust is hard to give in this service industry but I trust them to just do a good job without telling me that they need to do all the nonessential work for tons of money and that's what they do. They service my vehicle and I am on my way.

I have purchased 4 vehicles from Fivestar since 2005. I bought my 2020 Toyota Tacoma brand new from them in 2020. Over the last year there has been a continuous noise from the driver’s front tire. Numerous times have been told they cannot hear the noise. They even sent a mechanic out on a drive with me and half way through the drive the mechanic tells me he does not know why they sent him because he is deaf. On June 7th they have my truck again and tell me it is strictly a tire issue and I need to get new tires. I buy tires from my family’s tire business…and low and behold the noise and clicking is still there with no change. I decided to take my truck to Toyota of Olympia and within less than 2 hours they had diagnosed the noise that was in fact exactly where we told Fivestar it was…where the axle enters the front differential. So I now have parts ordered and my truck will be fixed…but not by Fivestar! I will never shop at Fivestar nor take any vehicle into Fivestar to have it repaired again!

Since my husband and I have moved to this area, Five Star Toyota has serviced my Highlander. The staff is always friendly and professional. They always take the time to explain the details of each service and keep my vehicle clean.We recently bought a used Tundra from Five Star and our salesman, Tim Costner, was outstanding.Five Star Toyota is exceptional no matter what your needs are in purchasing or servicing your Toyota.Thank you to all the staff for the exceptional service that you have provided to us.

The service department doesn't diagnose problems. Instead they just replace perfectly good parts, charge you for them and send you on your way without actually repairing anything. The worst part is they don't even tell you that they weren't able to fix the problem! This has happened several times now. And with 2 different vehicles. I've given them too many chances and have waisted a lot of time and money.One example is how we spent around $6,000 in parts and multiple separate appointments to fix a loud squeal. They just kept replacing the same brand new parts over and over again but the squeal stayed. Each time telling us it's fixed as we swipe our debit card! They ultimately ended up finally fixing it but not before we spent thousands of dollars and countless trips going back and forth picking it up and bringing it back! I have other examples with my Tacoma as well. Just an ongoing endless nightmare.There are no mechanics in there, only parts changers who don't change the right parts. They especially don't know how to diagnose what's wrong with vehicles. We are never going back!! I will make sure none of my local friends get work done there as well.Good place to buy a vehicle, but a horrific nightmare of place if you need repairs done!
