I'm auto illiterate and anything beyond basic car maintenance gives me hives :)
This is the second time I've had to take my car into this service department and I very much appreciate the way their techs have met me at my level both times and helped to alleviate my anxiety.
I don't want to wish continual repairs on myself, but my dealership is a couple hours away and it really helps to know if something comes up that there is a great option that is so close to home.

When we were looking to buy a new 2024 Corolla Cross Hybrid, we never imagined that we would end up finding it in Aberdeen--about a hundred miles from our home in Seattle. And when we DID find the car we wanted online at the Five Star Toyota dealership, we were a little nervous: can we trust these guys enough to buy a car from them without ever having met them or seen the car in person? Are we going to get blindsided with hidden fees or pressured into extra costs when we make the trek all the way out there to buy the car? Turns out we had nothing to worry about--just like other reviewers have said, Matt Johnson's honesty and helpfulness made it a great buying experience. He sent us photos of the car, promptly answered all our questions, and gave us an excellent price that was even better than we expected. When I got out to Aberdeen courtesy of their free shuttle (thanks and best wishes Bob--it was great talking with you on the ride out!) all the team members (including Brian in finance) were friendly and professional and there was no pressure or unpleasant last minute surprises. They mentioned that they have people coming from as far away as Oregon to buy their cars there, and now I know why. Highly recommended!

I moved from Las Vegas to Ocean Shores.
Year ago.. And I was looking for a good place to take my truck to get serviced. And I found 5 star Chevrolet in Aberdeen, they are awesome. They are very professional and the staff is very friendly. They did a great job on my vehicle. This is the place I'm going to bring my vehicles all the time. I would recommend this place to anybody that is looking for good Service. They go away and beyond take care of your vehicle.
At 5 star, they built long-term relationships through dedicated people and qualified service. It's there sincere goal to exceed your expectations every time you visit their dealership and service department.

We purchased our 2014 Toyota Truck (1794), two years ago, and were happy with our salesman, Mike Flanigan. He worked for us to get the best trade in for our vehicle, and a fair price for our new Toyota Truck. Today 5/23/17, 5 Star bought back our vehicle, again with the help of Mike Flanigan. What a wonderful program and company. I highly recommend Mike and the sales mgr Tyler Griffin.

I purchased my Toyota Venza from five star Toyota three years ago. From the initial experience through all of the scheduled maintenance and servicing appointments, I can’t say enough about Five Star Toyota. Generally prompt, they’re very polite and responsive to my concerns. They do what they say they’re going to do and I always get my car back in tiptop shape, I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a car or service.

Review is for the service department Jayson, was professional, kind and patient. I had a year long one thing after the other with a vehicle I purchased and was very frustrated. Jayson worked with me on each issue with patience and professionalism and rectified everything each time. Always treated me with respect no matter how many times my language became colorful. Great customer service.
