I didn't know where else to leave this review, but it really needed to be left. There is this wonderful older gentleman who drives for Fed-Ex and he deserves all the praise in the world! I don't know his name but he is the sweetest, kindest, generous & thoughtful driver I have EVER had the pleasure of meeting!I had a large sectional couch delievered today and they came in 6 HUGE super heavy boxes. This gentleman knocked on my door and waited for me to answer. He asked me if I would like him to move the boxes inside my garage for me because he was "worried about the rain". This thoughtful gesture meant so much to me, as these boxes are HEAVY heavy (each is half my size in length)! He moved all 6 into my garage! It was such an amazing help to me because I am not able to do any sort of lifting (and supposed to limit my bending). I have had this driver before and he has always gone above & beyond. He didn't have to wait and he certainly didn't have to move all those boxes inside - but he did...and I am so incredibly grateful. THANK YOU, SIR!♡

I didn't find the information I needed on the site and it wouldn't let me set up an account. I called, and although the agent was nice, she was unable to help. I wanted to prepay for a package to be sent to me, she couldn't help or redirect me.

The absolute worst delivery service OF ANY KIND that I have EVER seen. How do u explain an OPENED package on the stairs outside in the rain??? Doors open and unlocked. It says apartment #3 right on it! Yet, it’s sitting out in the rain OPEN! Unbelievable. My only question, HOW do you do worse!

The FedEx drop is between both primary (parkinglot-facing) entrances to Safeway. The drop is handled at the Guest Services counter, the same as Western Union transactions. 9AM opening.It is a convenient location for locals, but if you are running short on time: the desk handles multiple company interests. Utilize another dropoff if the parking lot seems busy and you do not plan to take advantage of Safeway for any other concerns/errands.
