I have been with Companion for years. They know me and my dogs. They know all the diagnoses they have - Cushings, allergies, eye diseases, etc etc. When we made the brutally difficult decision to put our 14 year old, sickly dogs down, they refused and said that they wouldn't do a euthanasia for convenience. I wasn't with my dogs because I couldn't bear doing it but my daughters and good friend were. They refused to talk to me on the phone. I am absolutely appalled with this vet. And yes, it was a new vet whom has never even seen my dogs. She checked their temperature, ears, heart, and tummy (which took about 30 seconds) and deemed them healthy.Do NOT go to this vet, unless you want your character to be judged.

I take my pup in to get her nails done , they have always been very careful not to hurt her , most of the groomers I have used hurt her bad enough she was terrified to get them clipped.

Wish I could leave no stars. I am not the type to complain or leave bad reviews, but after my experience and hearing several other people's experiences, I will never go back here again! If it was up to them, my happy healthy baby would be dead! I took her to olympia emergency vet she stayed for 2 days and got to come home. It was a UTI. Please listen to your gut and find a caring vet for your fur babies.

I moved when another local practice couldn't fit our new puppy in for 3 months! Dr. Cane saw him and was very helpful with keeping costs low and wasn't at all offended when I opted to do all the shots myself except for Rabies and Microchipping. (Update, our new pup was neutered today and staff backdated us onto their monthly puppy plan - which then covered the surgery + gave him some blood tests, fecal tests, vaccinations and another office visit). Very generous of them.

The nurse was nice. My cons...I never saw the doctor. The nurse tech came and took my dog into another room and everything was done there. So i couldn't supervise what was happening.I assumed simple nail clipping was included on the$38 office visit, but no, that was another $21.My pros...My Felix didn't seem upset.the meds they gave him helped him. And he looks and feels back to normal. It was easy and quick to get him in.Overall, I will try them again. I don't understand the point of having patient rooms if they take the pet into another room without you, so maybe that's a question for the next visit.
