Raised my storage rent only a few months in. Now I never make my payment on time, which adds late fees and by the time I get it paid I'm already late on the next month so I'm already locked out!! I'm stuck in this awful circle of barely getting by so they don't sell my storage, forget about renting a truck to move my stuff out or being able to access my property on any given day!

They have 2 locations on the same street about a quarter mile apart. Goggle maps doesn't show the second location by the elks lodge.

Not bad for south side ..Little on the expensive side kinda tight quarters but the lady in the office is very nice and helpful

I was ok with this place until recently when I got a message saying the monthly cost is going up $20 for no reason. It's $95 a month and going up to $115. I've rented a space since February so it's a bit ridiculous that all of the sudden it's going up.

The Owens of this place are very nice and they give you time to pay as long as u call them and let them know ur payment will be late they will work with u also don’t ever have to worrie about people braking in and stilling ur belongings. Always ur storage will be safe
