This bank has everything you can get with Bank of America or Wells Fargo, in fact they are better because the attention is always personalized and immediate. Online and mobile banking is excellent.I can only recommend incorporating more Spanish-speaking staff.I will always stay with this bank because it is the main one of my personal operations.

Nice ladies and all but they need to be open later than 5:00 and maybe a day on the weekend so that I could actually come in and get my money out thinking about just taking my money out of the bank because they're never open

I’ve done most of my banking through them over the past 6-12 months. I love the tellers. Super prompt service. Very clean and I know I can trust them with all of my banking needs. I’ve also received some financial advising from them which is a great tool. I’ll keep going back time and time again for sure.

As a general rule of thumb this bank will refuse to update any and all of your information then call it a mistake. They will not forward any of you calls then call it a mistake. They can't help you update or activate your credit and debit card then call it a mistake. After years of "mistakes" I got angry, called them out, they argued with me from everything in regards to why they were refusing to update my account, and why they weren't forwarding my calls. Then they'll just close your account
