“Five Star Ford was exceptional from start to finish. We will definitely be going there for purchases as long as we live in the area. My husband and I went to look at vehicles a week before we decided to make a purchase. This is when we got introduce to Gary. Gary was super kind and he truly listened to what we wanted, especially the fact that we were just looking. He was not pushy, nor did he try to make the sale. He assisted us with finding the trade in value on my car and with any other questions we might of had. Gary felt like a friend by the time we left. He even offered to send information via text with any new vehicles that might come in, as we were looking for something specific. A week later, we decided to make the purchase on the new vehicle. We continued to work with Gary who made the whole buying process smooth and easy. The weekend we did all this we not only walked away with one but two cars, one for me and one for my husband. We absolutely LOVED the service provided by Gary and another gentleman (I'm sorry with forgot your name). However, no matter who we talked too, they all provided excellent customer service. I've used there service depart a handful of times too, and they were just as great. Five Star Ford comes highly recommended by my husband and I.
