“Excellent customer service. I rented a truck in order to take items to the dump prior to a move. Everyone there was helpful and efficient. The rental cost was extremely reasonable - much cheaper than uhaul and better hours and truck return policy.”
“Good selection of quality furniture appliances and electronics, lease to own plans are great when you don't have the credit but do look at the total cost of ownership! Be careful!”

“My husband sent me to Home Depot to get things I've never heard of, I think to pay me back for always asking him to go to the grocery store. I sincerely thought I was going to have a panic attack, Joe was so incredibly helpful. Give that guy a raise! Also, the gentleman who helped me get everything into the vehicle was awesome too. He had blue eyes and wore an American flag cap. THANK YOU BOTH!”
“Well it looks like there’s been many bad experiences with this company. Mine was not a great one but it has been fixed. Nonetheless, not a pleasant customer service experience.
I have spoken at least 3 times to a male in an ownership/supervisory position, I forgot to get his name. He is your typical grumpy and stubborn older man. He doesn’t like to be told he is wrong about something and when it comes around to taking accountability, he will deflect and condescend to the end, and then when he finally agrees to a real solution, will try to make it seem like he offered that solution all along… it’s like being in an emotionally abusive relationship with the gaslighting and deflection LOL.
The first week I had my washer, it became clear how dirty and moldy the machine was. See pictures. I called this business in attempts to get an email or a phone number to which I could send photos of the machine’s condition. He let me know there was no convenient route of communication and that either he could have someone come look at it or I could come into the store. That’s just an inconvenience I didn’t want to deal with. So I cleaned the machine as best as I could and decided I would put up with it. The machine was very very loud, like a helicopter, and I had to run the spin cycle after every single cycle (no matter the level of laundry I put into the machine). Truly a machine that should’ve never left the doors of Appliance Pro.
Then yesterday, the machine’s control panel stopped working and started bugging out. So I called Appliance Pro at around 11 am this morning to get this dirty and defective machine replaced per the 6 month warranty. The same person I’ve spoken to each time said something along the lines of: "I'll have someone come look and repair it". I basically said noooooo sir. You're going to replace this. You sold me a defective and disgusting washing machine. He's responds, "I'd never send out a dirty machine". But you or someone that works with you did and I have time stamped pictures to prove it. Then he’s still giving me pushback and not agreeing that this machine needs total replacement. So I gave him more stuff to think about, like how he should have an electronic system (simple excel spreadsheet) to track purchases, since he was just PUT OUT by needing to go back 3 months and find the receipt for the washer that he sold me at this address. And he even tried to say “Would you go to Walmart without a receipt?” Actually YES, because Walmart has a system to track purchases LOL. Anywho, this is 2024 and everyone and their mom has an email and an electronic tracking system for their financial situation. Tax season must be so fun for whoever has to deal with that every year…
Luckily, the nice and professional worker who has been picking up and dropping off the machines remembered how dirty the machine was when I dropped it off and remembered the whole transaction.
So I gave this business 4 stars. And that’s being nice. I want to put 3 stars but I also want to give the owners credit and motivation to do better. Because yes, you helped me on the same day I called and brought a clean and working washing machine within 2 hours. That’s not what I was expecting at all, I was expecting to get an appointment within the week or so. Instead I got a whole lot of push back over the phone for no good reason other than pure stubbornness and trying to make me feel like I was being an unfair Karen. There were some unkind things that you should not ever say to a customer as well. You’re going to get a fired up customer when you are doing everything to fan the flames, and nothing to take accountability or even *pretend* like you believe or respect me. I made it clear I would not back down and accept the halfassed response he initially offered and only then did he agree to replace the machine entirely.
You could’ve replaced the moldy and defective machine and been a nice person. I work in ”
“We changed our usage as we were part time home owners in a resort town and changed to full time home owners. It changed our consumption. Due to our consumption change we ran out of gas on a Sunday morning on a long holiday weekend. Oh no! We called the emergency line and an hour later Bob, our delivery driver was at our house and got us up and running for the week. He came back and topped our tank off the following week. Also, he went the extra mile to check our records and have his office make changes to our account. THANK YOU Bob and the Aberdeen WA AmeriGas folks. GREAT above and beyond SERVICE and would highly recommend AmeriGas as your gas provider. Last, I recommend the auto fill program where they automatically keep your tank filled so that you never run out. Thanks again! Ron in Seabrook, Pacific Beach WA.”
“We would like to give a big shout out to Dee Dee Crowder in the appliance department for all her help in selecting a new range. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She set up a delivery time that works best for us. We really did appreciate her help.”
