“I speak for my experience, and many of these reviews confuse me. However, I have lived here for six years with no legitimate or significant issues. We are in a two-bedroom top-floor apartment with vaulted ceilings. The fridge, dishwasher, oven, washer, and dryer are included. Any problems with the appliances or in general have been handled promptly.The management has always been pleasant regardless of whom has been in charge. Each maintenance team member has been professional. We enjoy living here and plan on staying longer.”

“I moved in May 29, 2025. The office has been exceptional. Hidden Coast Homes allowed me to move in, in spite of the apartment not meeting their exceptional standards because I was in a hurry to move before I started a new job. I had a couple blinds that were broken when I moved in, and they promised to promptly replace them. They already replaced the blinds and did a fantastic job. One of the racks in the closet collapsed under the weight of my clothes. I went out and bought a hanging rack at Walmart thinking it would take weeks to fix, but they fixed it literally the next day. Incredible! Lastly, there was an issue with my oven and Karla and Christine were all over it. I was not able to be home for all of these repairs because of work, but the benefit of Christine living on site allowed me to be at work while Hidden Coast Homes handled everything. I haven't met Luis, but I know he is an incredible handyman that came out to fix the blinds and the clothes rack. I can't say enough good things about how easy Hidden Coast Homes has made my relocation from Seattle to Aberdeen. I toured several different places in search of my next home, and I can easily say I made the right choice in trusting Hidden Coast Homes.”
