Used to shop here 3 or 4 times a week. Loved looking thru the silverware, dishes and toys, and buying toys for my grandkids and silverware for myself. Now they put what they want you to buy in sealed bags, that way they can sell all their free junk and you can’t pick the items you want . I’m done supporting the goodwill that has no good will. I guess I will stick to garage sales and estate sales.

I'm so happy to have driven 30 minutes from South Bend just to find out they don't have a dressing room here. What's the point of even stocking clothes?

Used to go at least 2 to 3 times and spend between 20 to 70 a week but go less and less now the prices are to sporadic sometimes more than retail new and the employee Richard is rude as hell and confronts people constantly maybe they should take some of that job training donation money and retrain him

Went to drop off some bags to donate this older gentleman with a beard pulled the cart out but wouldn't pull it up to the curb because it was raining I pulled it closer he pulled it back I pulled it closer he pulled it back I pulled it closer he pulled it back I just looked at him like what. He said nothing can get wet it was raining. We don't take things that are wet they were in garbage bags plastic garbage bags. Of course they won't lift a finger to help you. He said that's just the way it's gotta be. I just kind of looked at him like this is so weird. Then he yelled HAVE A NICE DAY! Very condescending. I've never been treated so badly. This guy was a complete jerk. I will donate to any place but this place from now on!!

Really rude and argumentive cashier. I asked if there was paper to wrap my glass items and he said no. I queried as to why this is. Not donated so it isn't offered. I suggested that maybe some basic customer service would be nice and he gave me attitude.Considering that everything is free and donated. Will not be visiting again.

Meh, seems pretty trashed not gonna lie. Most of the items for sale are dirty and damaged.

Bad customer service. I spoke with two employees. One was only a little snippy and the other was entirely snippy. Don't know if they're short staffed or what, but they are grouchy at this Goodwill.

Aberdeen GoodwillThis place is like an episode of hoarders. Shelves are piled with junk to the point its a game of Jenga to pull anything off of them.Place is always gross and never cleaned. Most of the staff/management shows no customer service and even deters shoppers. Especially the new "security guard" who literally does nothing. We have seen him in action bothering paying customers about frivolous matters while thieves walked out with hands full. Finally the prices are just not worth it. Shopping in a dirty disorganized mess and prices often at 75%+ what retail is for something used/broken just doesn't compute.Get management in there that cares. Loose the do nothing security guard and give your remaining employees a raise.

I used to love this store but recently they decided to hire a "security" guard. Nothing is more irritating than being followed the entire time. Or having a employee approach you and get snarky cause i opened the Victoria secret bag it was buying and put the other things inside it so i quit dropping everything. I guess this is considered concealing and you get accused of being a thief which is very disrespectful and embarrassing to say the least. It's goodwill. I wish they would hey a new crew!

their bathroom's aren't even open and my mother is pregnant don't recommend this good will. They said they didn't have fitting room I clearly saw them and they said they didn't have any. the shelves where all messed up to.

I love this store and employees! The only reason I didn't give it a ***** rating - some products are priced WAAAY too high. But on Fridays there's a FaceBook coupon every week that offers 25% off $25-. That helps. The clothing racks are PACKED - lots to choose from!! The store is well-maintained and orderly.

Read whole review it does get good this place has come along way...I'm gonna give this goodwill 3.5 stars would be 5 if they had more than one checker all the time and if merchandise wasn't so packed tight on racks to make it difficult for the disabled and elderly customers It helps me not spend as much and causes piles on the floor everywhere(if I were still in a wheelchair the aisles r not wide enough and accessable ). I haven't been in my local goodwill for years because before it was dirty, unorganized, short staffed , unwelcoming overwhelming , hoarded, overpriced , did I say dirty , signs not clear or well marked etc etc....UPDATE NOW VS. THE. orange tag means it's 1.49 everything store WIDE and there is an orange tag sell everyday. I was blown away recently going in there it is completley different than it use to be ...CLEAN , RESPECTFUL AND HELPFUL STAFF...GOOD SECURITY, WELCOMING, CLEARLY MARKED ADVERTISEMENT,THE BEST PART ARE THE PRICES...THEY ARE AMAZING...COLOR TAG SALES EACH DAY 50% OFF ALONG WITH THE EVERYDAY ORANGE TAGCHANGING ROOM Accessible BUT NO PUBLIC RESTROOM ...(it's a shame and so inconvenient for anyone else besides dirty drug users"not all just the dirty ones".that ruined that privilege everywhere a long time ago) I'm happy I can go to Goodwill here instead of driving to Olympia now. Thanks for the upgrades

Not too bad in terms of goodwill stores. Always decent movies, books, and clothes, the rest is pretty much luck of the draw. Well kept
