This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to. You do NOT need to be a UVA patient to get prescriptions here. My family was traveling through the area and needed a last-minute prescription filled. I picked this pharmacy because it had such good reviews online. After leaving an urgent care office, I called to let them know we were driving and would be there in about 30 minutes. They quickly had our medicines ready when we arrived and were courteous and kind both on the phone and in person. Very highly recommend!

Answers the phone just to tell you they will place you on hold then never answer again - multiple times, clearly this is trained protocolThis was a one time thing otherwise it’s been a great place to go to dodge Walmarts chaos

I love it that they have a hospital or offices at Zion Xroads and it is so much closer for me in Louisa. I hate having to go to the main hospital as I don't really know my way around it there. I have COPD also and I have to go in a wheel chair at the main hospital as I can't walk a long distance with out getting out of breath. I have 2 of my Dr's there and it is really nice and the staff there are so nice and helpful. I used to go to Richmond to the Dr's and they all acted like they were being bothered to see any one and one of the Dr's there broke my neck in surgery, Thank God for Justin Smith as he put me back together again. I've been going there for years, But seen a MD Dr on 10/28/2019 I do not recommend She was Very Disrespectful and Acting like I was dumb And Told me I should've done my Homework before I came and Also Said I should've been more Prepared, So I walked out, Luna Asrar was her name, I see Jennilee Lawerence and I like her alot, She's a dr that takes time to care about her patience Not try and degrate them, and act like there stupid or something, Never in my Life Have I ever came across a Dr that acted this away, And I will not see her again
