Let me start on a positive. The golf course is beautiful. As an African American member I experience poor treatment from several members of the pro shop staff. I had an incident with Kathy Ballard this evening while dining at the Tavern ( restaurant on site). My niece was playing on the putting green which is located adjacent to the outdoor dining area. Several children frequently play in this area while their parents dine. Tonight Kathy came down from the pro shop to tell my niece's mother that her child could not play in the area because " the Fluvanna HS Homecoming kids being on site and ruining the area with their high heels" WTF does this have do do with a 4 year old playing? Kathy made no sense and she clearly took her anger out on an innocent 4 year old black kid. Yesterday I was at the same location and a white family had 3 children playing on the same putting green, doing cartwheels on greens. No one came to say anything to these children. I sat there for over 2 hours and watched these kids do whatever they wanted. Spring Creek Golf Club has NO diversity and they make it known that they so not welcome minorities.

We play here once or twice a year, with our member friends, and it's one the best tracks in central Virginia. The clubhouse is very nice with good drinks and food. Always love visiting this course.

Paid $150 on Sat 3 pm tee time for the first time driven 2.5 hours.
Course was average with no driving range available.
$75 would have been a reasonable cost to play this course.
We let several solo members played thru as they were playing speed golf driving carts like a New York tax drivers and one of the golf actually shot over my head. We realized the cart Navi didn’t show our carts so we forgave her and let her pass thru.
18th green was full of geese excretions and could not putt unless remove geese remnants.
No need to come back to play this course as Northen VA has much better courses at a much better rates in the afternoon.

We had a terrible experience with the new management the Heritage Golf Group at Spring Creek Golf Club. We were booked for two days of golf. Our first day wasn't that good. The driving range was under renovation and they set up a two bay makeshift netted area for practice. We were a bit surprised by the condition of the course. It was not the same course we played on previous outings. It got worse. Saturday it rained and was Cart-Path-Only. We requested rain checks we were told they did not issue rain checks unless the course was closed. The tract at Spring Creek is rather hilly. At my age I wouldn't attempt to walk it in the best condition and certainly not when it was raining. We tried to explain this to their management and they still were unwilling to issue us rain checks. I've played a lot of golf over my life and not once was I ever refused a rain check when conditions warranted. It's a shame that apparently greed has taken over the courtesy and customer satisfaction we all deserve and expect.

Payed 125 dollars for 18 holes. We treated the holes with respect and filled every divot. When it rained for 18 holes straight we were treated with threats and disgusting treatment by the clubhouse staff. Please play here if u want to be disrespected by staff after paying 125–150 dollars to use their course

FIRST visit. Bent greens were in great condition. Course very well kept. Members treated us extremely well. Thank you!
