Good quality of the spare parts, the only thing I would like to improve is the communication with the customer when ordering a spare part and they must improve in this regard.

Stopped in this morning to get a simple part. But the store only had one person working the counter. No one else but one guy. People walked out as I did because of the wait. Phones ringing and the poor kid could not answer them . I felt bad for him,but can only imagine the loss of revenue by not being staffed and missed calls. No one wants to work anymore,especially the kids.

I went here to get my car battery replaced. The staff was friendly and I got the battery I needed.However, after looking at where my battery was located in my car, the staff claimed they were not able to do the installation because they claimed it would require that the car's air filter and other parts needed to be removed in order to get to the battery and that's something they couldn't do. They said I would need to take it to a mechanic.After driving home, one YouTube video and 20 mins later, I had the battery replaced without having to remove anything else. Had the O'Reilly staff had the appropriate knowledge or just watched a YouTube video they could have done the job. It was not difficult for me to instal the battery myself, but for anyone who isn't able to or isn't interested in installing it themselves, they would have wasn't time and money by taking the car to a mechanic.Battery instals are one of the only reasons I go to an auto parts store (as I prefer to buy most stuff online). Because of this, I'm likely to try a different auto parts store next time.

Yuma was kind and very professional at her job. She gave me excellent advice on the parts I requested. Excellent customer service is rare these days so I was very happy that Yuma was so great.
