2 Single w/cheese large mealWith large Mango DrinkThe lettuce and tomato was soggy the pickles was stacked on top of each other and a touch of cheese ,, I remember when the lettuce, tomatoes and onions was so fresh and the onions would snap when you bite into it,, and when the fries came hot this is before the skin being left on, and the buffet was always in order the chili and soup was good, BUT NOT NOW JUST RESTAURANT HIGH PRICES AND SOGGY FOOD.

I've only done drive thru at this spot, but they have never gotten my order wrong. This is the best Wendy's I've driven thru in VA.

Watch out. They don’t have the 4 for $4 anymore. Oh they call it that and it’s on the menu, but the price rings up as $5. What’s more is that there were only about 15 tiny apple pieces in the extra side I bought for $2.29.

The staff arr always so well trained and good at their jobs. The order is correct every time. Food comes out fast. Fries are always so over salted that I have to scrape it off to eat them, but my wife doesn't seem to mind, so maybe that's just me.

Drive thru is rude as hell at this location. No customer service or common sense. Truck in front of us was diesel and they couldn't hear but talked crazy instead of waiting for the diesel truck to move. Ended up driving off and going to Canes. They value customers there.

Got the chicken wrap before in Newport News and it was awesome. Went to Hayes and theirs lacked chicken, lacked sauce and the tortilla was stale on the edges. Plus the tea was terrible, dark, bitter. Was very surprised about this from a Wendys. Called for manager to discuss. She said come back in for a courtesy wrap. Went in next day and the only improvement was the bread was not stale. I opened the sandwich at the counter to assess amount of sauce. Very little sauce again. the worker gave me a packet of ranch dressing to add. Made it better but very little meat again for a $5.99. Left me hungry. Kudos to the Newport News Wendy's on Jefferson that knew how to make a sandwich that people sill come back for.

Was informed that I was not allowed to order at the counter and had to go through the drive thru or order from the app. The person behind the counter was not friendly at all.

They didn’t hear my order correctly and when I received the wrong food they promptly fixed it. It was a very smooth transaction. The food was hot so it was a good experience.
