I swiped my card for a $12 wash only to have the green light and water never come on. I moved to the next lane and it worked fine. I did get charged for both washes, and the phone number listed online just rings. Mark and avoid.

I would give zero stars if I could. Used my debt card and was charged $10 for less than 5 mins of wash time when they advertise 5 mins for $3. Place is a rip off. Will never use again. Can’t call anyone to complain! Recommend you don’t use!

Have been here several times and have been pleased but was there today and paid for a 12 wash and k ly got soap and dryer so had to go through hand bays to get soap off. And as other people said no one was there to assist
