Tim was incredibly patient and helpful in helping me get my script transfered. He answered all my questions regarding insurance and payment options. I was concerned about affording an old script I had prescribed by a different insurance, and he helped me find the same medication on brand which was $10 cheaper than my original generic. Great service, thank you!!

The staff there are phenomenal! I can be one of the most high maintenance customers at times and they are always courteous and kind, willing to go the extra mile to meet my needs. Also, I don’t have health insurance and Walmart pharmacies provide some of the best everyday prices anywhere. I couldn’t afford a prescription from Rite Aid that cost $1,400 there. I got the same prescription at Walmart for the everyday price of less than $60. I just can’t speak highly enough about them. Every aspect of their establishment is top notch which is rare to find in big business operations now a days. They make you feel welcome with a mom and pop feel that will keep me coming back for all my future needs.

I'm a sent in shopper for reviews on pharmacy pickup. Sat outside in pickup on hold after being hung up on first time second time letting them know not to hang up again on hold for almost 20 minutes so I came in pharmacy. There is one person in line lol. Do not do your pickups here I will be reporting immediately afterwards and hopefully things change.

This Walmart here is one go-to spot for my girlfriend and I. We've been going curbside service for almost a year going back to when I contracted COVID last year. This method really beats the frustration of standing in a long line and passing fellow customers, especially during the pandemic. It's safer for the both of us and they're able to deliver our groceries to our car. Mostly, we pick them up on Sunday afternoons to start the week. We check in with the Walmart app and they come to the vehicle within minutes. But there have been a few hiccups with orders from time to time. Besides not having some items (not all their fault), sometimes I wonder if their employees do everything nearly 100%. For example, my girlfriend ordered 4 regular potatoes that we bake for dinner and they gave her 8. I always order 4 bananas that I eat every morning and they would pack up to 10. Now thankfully nothing is charged extra. However, on our recent visit, I ordered 2 pounds of ground beef and what do I see? Slightly brown ground beef that doesn't exactly look pink. My girlfriend ordered a pound of beef and it was very pink. So I was very disappointed. Luckily, the app allows you to request for a refund and they were very quick to do so. Does all of that say don't go here anymore? No. Again, this method has worked out well for both of us. And if they don't have what you ordered, it all gets refunded back to you with no problems. As always, they'll see us for curbside service.

Walmart should NOT offer pharmacy pick-up anymore. They clearly don't have adequate staff. I have been out side for close to an hour after calling 4 times with no answer, then put on hold for 13 minutes before I hung up. When I complained last week that had the nerve to tell me I should order my prescriptions thur the mail.

this walmart suck!!!! i order 1 thing yesterday morning at 10 (8/13/21) one item for pick up and its been more than 24hrs its now 11am 8/14/21 and i still didnt get my confirmation for pick up. Ridiculous i wouldve understand if its multiple things! UPDATE*** 11:20am i called the 'pick up' NO ANSWER (this happened yesterday also) Then called customer service someone pick up and hung up right away! Called again and it just ring forever no one answered lol how are these people not fired yet. Lol
