The Victory YMCA is always ready to greet you in the morning. There are tables and group activities for those that want to make friends. However, there are machines where you can work out alone. The bathrooms have been redone. It is a great place to work out.

I agree this facility is packed to the brim all day, everyday. The facility itself is great. Pool is nice, equipment is generally newer. Friendly employees. If my rating was only based on the facility and employees, it'd be 4.5-5 stars. But the experience itself can be a slog. This Y is in a gym desert in a populated area.
There can be a lot of people waiting for weight equipment. Kids are a particular issue. Lots of kids just lounging there and hogging the equipment in groups. They don't have the situational awareness that just b/c they used a machine and left, that means it's up for grabs for anyone. It really does discount the experience. An expansion is needed or another gym nearby to offset all the people around.

As a Nationwide Member, I enjoyed my time at this facility. I can't remember the lady who checked me in on Saturday, but she and Sam (on Sunday) were polite and helpful when I told them that I was from a different state. They directed me to the studio where the classes I wanted to attend were held. The Instructors and classes were GREAT!!! If you are in the area, check out Arlyne's HIIT class on Saturday morning and Lissa's Les Mills BodyPump & Core classes. They were welcoming even when Arlyne had us running suicides outside. One hint...get there early,, because they fill up quickly. ? One final shout out goes to a Member who was in all 3 classes...Ms. Pat (I didn't get her last name). She was extremely welcoming, kind, helpful, and encouraging. I hope that I encounter more people like as I go to other YMCAs.

Been going to Victory Y for 1 1/2 years now. I'd give it a 4.5 ⭐. A half point deduction from perfect due to a few times, seeing ppl sit on machine when finished, surfing iPhone. Overall, a clean place, easy parking, and nearby library

Honestly super disappointed in the staff today. When we first got our YMCA membership we were told that our son was able to go into the wellness area during non child care hours as long as he wasn’t on or using the machines. We’ve been doing this for over a year now.
Honestly it is the entire reason why we switched to YMCA. Because they were so kid friendly.
Well today our son was sitting down by the wall while we were working out. He was being quiet and not bothering anyone. Just a kid on his iPad. Until one of the workers saw him and started saying he can’t be in there and it’s been a rule for the last 20 years. So we had to leave. I have never had an issue but this kind of made me want to cancel my membership.

This place is always over packed and way too small for the community it’s supposedly here too serve! In the last two days I’ve been here five times, (anywhere from 5am - closing) and it’s always the same: Slam full parking lot, so, next to impossible to find a parking spot, and usually the one you find will be in the full baking sun. Then, when you get in, everybody is already on the equipment. ?
Also, the construction for all the extra housing isn’t even completed, so what are they going to do then? Why hasn’t there been another YMCA built for this area because clearly we need it!!! So Frustrating!!!! And, btw, would be nice if someone would answer the phone instead of sending me to voicemail where I’m NOT going to get an answer to my simple question!!!?

Lie to get members, then change the rules once you're in. The staff has never been welcoming. One of their female trainers wears shorts that reveal everything!! and seem to fraternize with male clients more than teach them. I don't even want my kids in the same room with her to stare are her exposed bottom and lady parts all day. I specifically joined because they told me my older children could freely use equipment not beside me and 6 months later one lady decided that's not the case I will just cancel because my son will not be staring at a staff members hooha! Gross!! The whole point was to get my homeschooled kids out of the house. Not a Christian environment. They should be ashamed of the environment they created.

Welcoming, friendly and helpful front desk staff. Lots of choices of classes. Plenty of equipment, I never had to wait for any equipment. Lockers are clean and plentiful also. Nice sauna, hot tub and pool. I only wish the exercise studios were a little larger. Classes are always crowded.

Nice basketball gym. People who work there were friendly and helpful. When I said we were coming from out of state and members of Y elsewhere, they couldn’t find us in computer but they called our home location, confirmed our membership and gave us access.

Every staff I met here was kind, ready to help me and solve any problem with endless patience. The locker rooms and pool are great, even better than my house. Especially I thank to Sherry at the information/welcome desk. When I and my daughter visited and asked what and when the swimming class was possible to register, she helped us to understand each swimming program and register one of the programs. We are really lucky to meet her.
