Tried to order a part through facebook, tried to get me to use friends and family which isnt buyer protected. I even offered to pay the fees. Then for TWENTY days strung me along over something that would take 5 mins to do. When I finally told him I really needed it soon he told me I was being pushy. I tried to explain I was wanting it before I had to leave for several weeks for a lung transplant evaluation to which he was cold and indifferent and promptly blocked me while I was trying to clear the air about my urgency. Now its too late and I am out of luck due to his unwillingness to take time for an internet customer. Took time out of packing because the attitude bothered me that much. Very cold thing to do considering what is going on right now. Informing my groups and friends as well.

Excellent place. I was in town for the day and decided to stop in to check it out. The gentleman actually bought some items off me and he helped me find a lot of things I was missing for my collection. We were able to come to an excellent exchange and I plan to hopefully stop in again soon.

Our 3 year old found a toy in a box in a mixed binned the owner charged me 3 times the dang value because the 3 year old wanted it! I spend $100’s of dollars on StarWars merchandise In this Store! Never again. I will never go back because this guy took advantage of me and My Family! I just found the toy online for $3 yep and he charged us $15. I just wanted him to take $5 off. Wow great mark up Big Boss!

This store is amazing. The amount of items is staggering and the prices seem well below what you would expect to pay. The owner is a great guy and really knowledgeable. I really can’t wait to go back and to get more childhood memories

It is exactly that, a store, do not try to work a sell or deal, these guys will lowball you right out of the building. They only use what Ebay and the internet says an item sells for. The guy lied directly to my face about what they were selling items for. Walked right around the corner and the items were $2 and more dollars higher. They guy would not even entertain a trade either. I was warned by multiple local serious collectors and dealers not to mess with these guys and they were correct. I learned the hard way, by firsthand experience.
