I just had the most pleasant interaction with Jakala I believe her name was at the Yorktown bank. I was rushing in 10 minutes before they closed, had a bad day, kept her waiting looking for my check card, had to call my husband twice regarding the cashiers check I needed and my goodness she was an absolute ray of sunshine.
