My family and I loved our stay here!
Rooms: Room was very clean and it smelled good.

We booked a studio king bed suite. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable with a full kitchen. The hotel is located very close to shopping and dining. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay again for a short visit.
Rooms: The studio suite with a king bed was comfortable and clean. The suite includes a full-size refrigerator and microwave, 2 burner stove, and a coffee maker.
The bathroom vanity is located outside of the bathroom and does not have a door. I personally would prefer a sliding door or any sort of door to the entry of the vanity so as not to disturb my spouse when I wake up early.
The rooms here don't offer streaming service (Netflix and YouTube) as some other Hilton branded hotels do. This wasn't a big deal since we were only staying for one night.
There aren't any recycling bins in the rooms if you prefer to recycle.
Nearby activities: There's a great AMC movie theater with reclining seats that is only 10 minutes away.
Safety: The area seems pretty safe and quiet.
Food & drinks: There isn't an on-site restaurant. The breakfast bar offered eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, cereal, coffee, juice, etc.
Noteworthy details: The staff were very professional and welcoming. I would definitely book here again for a 1-2 night stay.

I spend most of my stays here when I’m in town. Love the customer service. The breakfast is always wonderful. The rooms are the best.

Have bed real bad especially in room 201bugs the manager doesnt do anything but buy bed covers housekeepers even got bit by some and also it is a law suit in the works because of the bed bugs

This trip was not a good experience, mainly due to first impression appearance. It appears that Management and General Management care too much about the appearance of their establishment. The pictures I post will explain perfectly. The elevators smell and the mural is peeling badly. The hallways on the 4th floor carpet are filthy looking. The wall strips that keep the wallpaper from peeling have all been ripped off. On top of that, we were awakened to a fire detector alarm around 11:30 pm. Management did not alert anyone so I walked downstairs to report it to the front desk. They said they were aware and it happens all the time in that particular room. Obviously, it is a long term stay family living there and they burned a pot on the stove again, I was told. The fix to the problem was Management calling the room to tell them to open their window to release the smell. Now for the breakfast area: The food was just okay, but most of the furniture is dingy and wobbly. This entire place needs new fresh eyes on it to offer paying customers at least a 4 🌟 experience.

Stayed here for a weekend and it was a decent, good stay. The staff were all pretty friendly, polite and did their best not to show too much frustration especially given the challenges they were facing that were completely out of their control - I checked in on the day/weekend the global CrowdStrike outage occurred. This affected the stay because I had to have them let me into the room everytime I came back. At the hotel location, I know that's kind of out of their control but it was interesting since family members were staying at other hotels (within the same brand family) that were able to get at least one key to access their rooms.
Anyways, I truly appreciate them giving me a complimentary upgrade for my room. And again, they were pretty polite and hospitable. The room was spacious but I eventually did see some stains on chairs and the floor. An okay stay for a decent price, but will try another hotel next time I'm down there.

5 stars! Loved our room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Ms. Karen is the best! Maintenance staff was amazing too! Would definitely stay here again. Beautiful quiet location but also so close to lots!

This was one of the best hotels I stayed in a very long time and I stay at about 15-20 different hilton hotels a month due to traveling for work. The property is well maintained which is a great sign upon arrival. The 2 woman at the front desk were amazing, very vibrant with big smiles which checked another box then room was very clean with no smells, all the towels and toiletries where there, which most never have everything if any. I highly recommend this hotel if you're in the area and need a ni e place to stay

Love the hotel! Amazing staff, clean hotel, great breakfast and pool was nice and clean.
Rooms: Large spacious clean rooms, with fridge, stove etc.
Food & drinks: Great continental breakfast and mid day snacks.

We moved here from TX and needed a place to stay until we were able to move into our new home. We were absolutely unsatisfied with the Hotel itself. The rooms are super outdated and not very clean. We had to switch rooms twice - the first room was filthy, the second room had a broken AC, so we had to go through the hassle of packing up everything (including our cat and all the cat items) which was exhausting. The night without a working AC was a nightmare. The only reason we stayed for the remaining days was the Manager Diana. She was very understanding and was doing everything in her power to make us feel comfortable. It was absolutely not her fault that the hotel needs major updates - new rugs!!! - I was wearing my house shoes and the bottom was black after walking on the carpet, new showers and most importantly a thorough cleaning. If you take a close look everything is dirty. The vents, the baseboards, the doors, the light switches - don't even want to know how much bacteria there are in the filthy carpet. So whoever owns this hotel, needs to put money into it and appreciate the great work Diana is doing to keep guests happy.
