Jessica waited for my arrival even though her lunch hour was to begin 5 minutes after I arrived. Then she worked to get the best deal for my mom. She was able to apply a "fall deal" to her rental agreement and saved my mom $$ on her monthly rent. With my widowed mom being on a fixed income, this savings is huge! Add kindness, patience and a GREAT personality, and you've got a winner in this young lady.”
