Went to the counter to check out and the Cashier Yvette was engaged in a conversation with the other cashier with her back facing me . She continued with her conversation like I was not standing there . I asked, do I need to go to the next register. I was acknowledged then …. Very unwelcoming and unprofessional

I went to buy a light handheld vacuum. What I bought and paid new price, had clearly been used and returned. No effort was made to clean the item before put on the shelf and sold as new!

I love shopping at Roses, in Grafton, VA . But I have noticed there is a very high turn over in employees. What are you paying these workers. Always a bunch of new faces. What is going on???

Best, friendliest, fastest customer service on the planet! I came here from the Mercury Blvd store for a TV they were out of there (like they always are), and it's like a different world (and only 12 miles further)! The store is clean, organized, stocked... and even though there were a million people in line, I was in and out in less than five minutes. The cashier (CeeCee) even helped me quickly dig around in the TV box to make sure all the parts were in there! I don't care if it is 12 miles further, this is my store from now on... reminds me of the 'classic' Roses I used to love as a kid! Thank you! ?

I hate coming in this store. You will be in the line for 30 minutes with these slow working workers. They can’t help it though. It seems like they are all overworked and underpaid. Who is behind the marketing of this company? Please invest in self checkout lanes so everyone can be happy.

Whatever you do, don't lose your receipt.I recently purchased a coat at Roses that didn't fit. I returned jt to the store, explaining that I had lost the receipt and asking if they could look up my purchase. They said they did not have the ability to do that. I then asked if they could just give me a Rose's gift card. The said they could not do that either. They told me all they could do was allow me to "shop it out" (their words) NOW. I told them I didn't have time to shop for anything right then. They said that's all they could do.So the bottom line is... whatever you do, don't lose your receipt!

This store has some very rude cashiers. It makes no sense to be in customer service with a nasty attitude. And how can you close a line when you have people in the line that has been standing there. And since you want to do that, you can do that reshop, cause this store wont get a dime of my money....
