I have been looking for the perfect sectional and finally found the customizable brand that was perfect for my needs. I should have known I should have STARTED at Roberts from the get go. They had the brand, layout and the fabric I wanted available for quick ship(other store was going to take almost 11 weeks!).Cheryl, greeted me warmly when I entered the store. She is very knowledgeable of furniture brands. She answered all my questions and asked me questions to know my needs. I’m so thankful for my experience at Roberts furniture. Go see Cheryl! I had to buy furniture with quick availability and delivery as my dad was coming back to area to live unexpectedly. Pam worked with me to find either items she could sell off the floor or something that was already in the warehouse for delivery. What a weight off my shoulders! Thank you, Pam!

Robert's furniture in Yorktown came through for us. We found the Ashley couch we wanted somewhere else and went there to see if they carried it also. They didn't have it in showroom, but they were able to order it and have it delivered to our home within a week...(and at a cheaper price!! ) I definitely recommend!
