Haley Kielbas, is a fantastic practitioner, I saw her for the first time and was amazed that she took the time to really listen to me without making me feel like my concerns were unfounded. She cares about her patients and that is not widespread these days. The nurses here are also very nice and listen. I feel like Covid desensitized healthcare so to find this place and be treated like my concerns mattered, was a huge plus.

Had a HORRIBLE experience with Takisha Robinson! After being very happy with Dr. Warren Weixler, upon his retirement we were told she wouldn’t write my maintenance prescriptions without an office visit, so we made an appointment. The first thing she said when entering the room was that she was’t writing for ANYTHING, and that I would need a specialist for each of the prescriptions that Dr. Weixler had been writing. We should have stood up and left then! She suggested we get bloodwork done, as I was due, so we agreed. She also ordered a drug test for every illegal drug there is, then when they all came back NEGATIVE, wrote me a message that said because they were all negative, she considered it a FAILED drug test! I didn’t need an unnecessary drug test to tell me something I already knew, AND I didn’t need a drug test, as I’m not trying to get a job at Riverside! Her single office visit, after insurance was over $500, and accomplished NOTHING! A waste of money and time! My wife is a pharmacist and we both agreed this woman has no business being in the medical field! Also, her bedside manner was HORRIBLE! Just RUDE! We won’t be back. If this is the way Riverside is going, TPMG is my new doctor of choice!

I am so happy I have finally found a place that I feel taken care of. Haley Kielbas, PA-C Is the absolute best. She checks up and sends emails. I feel like I can discuss everything and she always listens and we discuss what’s best. The staff is wonderful as well. Very pleased and feel like I am going to be ok :).

I felt very well cared for at this Riverside location! Dr. Millif was knowledgeable and patient while listening to all of my concerns. I felt very heard and understood as a patient. Well done team!

On my visit, as new patient, I met with a nurse-practitioner. Great experience, overall. She seemed very knowledgable, spent quality time with me, listened well (or so I thought) and ordered blood tests in accordance with what we discussed, as well as prescribe refills and new prescription. However, it was after the appt. that I discovered the numerous short-comings, deficiencies and dropped balls. First, the prescription refills included one very important med that was called in at half the dose and half of the amount. Secondly, the blood work was ordered and performed but did not test for the one main thing we discussed in the appointment, which, was the main reason FOR the blood work. Thirdly, when the NP came back in the room with paperwork at the end of the appt she pointed at and referenced a prescription she could call in to my pharmacy. I explained that I would prefer that it not be called in to the pharmacy and that I would like to look into having it filled through a different pharmacy. She point at the sheet and said that's fine the information is right at the bottom of the this form. As it turns out, she was referencing nothing, as there was no info pertaining to a prescription or any other medication on the bottom of that form. She was BS'ing, as it were... because she forgot to print the form. After learning all of this hours, days and weeks after my initial appt., I determined that I have lived too long and pay far too much in insurance premiums, deductibles and copays, (so some don't have to) to be relegated to an NP. I asked for an MD relationship and I am happy report I am now under the care of an actual medical doctor. It has been an entirely different and a much higher quality relationship.

I came here after deciding my other Riverside PCP from my podunk hoedown throwdown town was not cutting it anymore. The parking here is great and there is a lot of space, especially if you are like me and like to park far away from anyone who can hit your car with their door. The office is slightly dated but very spacious and the front desk workers are friendly and efficient.I saw a PA and the difference was night and day. She listened to my concerns that the other doctor dismissed. She created a care plan and was open to the many questions I asked. The lab nurse was very friendly too and had a steady hand that had no issue finding veins like my previous office.Overall Patriot Primary Care delivered and created an atmosphere that was welcoming and judgement free. I cannot foresee myself leaving this practice any time soon and would recommend them to anyone looking for a doctor who isn't going to treat you like another number or some faker looking for a fix.

Maybe the quality of care is better but I wouldn’t know since I couldn’t get past the operator. If your sole job is to make appointments, the person taking your information and making those appointments shouldn’t be treating you like you’re inconveniencing them. First impressions are everything.

My Daughter and Myself had appointments as new patients. They were great in the front office! The Nurse Was amazing and the NP was also amazing. They took the time to listen to all of our concerns. The front office staff made sure I knew where to go for all my testing I could not be happier with this office!

Can not say enough bad things about Riverside Medical. If you are interested in receiving the worst patient care possible visit any Riverside Healthcare facility. Here is a list of complaints:Torn Biceps took 3 weeks to diagnose.2 hour wait to see doctorNo prescriptions sent to my pharmacy An additional 3 day wait for this office to send my prescription to the pharmacy. When I asked if I could get the prescription sooner, I was told "No, according to policy the Dr. Office has 3 days to send them". America's healthcare sucks according to policy.

I have been a patient here since I moved here 4 yrs ago. Until yesterday the service was great. I went yesterday for medical service and when I walked to front desk to check in I was told I needed to go around back. Of course I was taken aback by that being black..I asked WHAT!! and was directed to go around to back of the building, where I parked on the grass and entered through a back door!!! There was an makeshift office and a black, I assumed doctor. It was so 1950's Alabama. I was never so humiliated. I will never go there again. So incredibly demeaning!!

This place used to be amazing! Do NOT go here for mental health issues. They are not equipped. The NP I saw over medicated me, completely ignored my concerns, and completely brushed me off mid anxiety attack while with her. I asked to see a different doctor and was absolutely helped with that and the girl helping me was wonderful. Only for the follow up appointment for the medication she's over prescribed to be canceled with no notification. Office manager states she left a message. Once investigated she called at 8:58am (while I was at work) and left no message. Luckily I called out of concern of not receiving a confirmation only to find out it had been canceled. But good news, they can get me to see a doc in about month. Even with the pharmacy stating they believe im over medicated and need to speak with the doctor. Yes, they know this. They simply do not care. They're office manager is a joke. I called to speak to someone involving my initial visit but she didn't have the balls to call me back. Just like she didn't have the balls to leave a message about my appointment. Maam, find a new job cause this ain't it.

Went here for a Covid booster and had a great experience! I was very nervous from a past incident with an injection, but Toni was so kind and patient with me as she administered it. Quick in an out too - I arrived about 20 mins early and was out the door before my scheduled appointment time! Highly recommend this location for vaccinations!
