I have naturally curly hair and I am looking for a salon that has someone that can trim naturally curly hair the correct way and I found this salon. I would like to look at pictures and services but the website keeps taking me to a Chinese website like it is getting intercepted in some type of way so I cannot get on the website. Can someone send me the website link. Also what is the correct address because I keep seeing two different addresses. I need help.

I went to Shannon to get a trim with layers. However, when I left it seemed as if she had just chopped at my hair. Throughout my appointment she was talking to her friend and helping her friend figure out the printer, and seemed very distracted. When I contacted Shannon about how I was disappointed and not satisfied with my cut, she told me that I should "style it a little different" and that's it looked this way because I straightened it. However, I believe that if I get a cut I should be able to style it as I please, especially if my hair is naturally straight. After sending Shannon pictures of my cut she informed me that there was nothing wrong with my cut, even though they were extremely uneven and choppy. I asked for my money back due to having to get it redone, and she said a new full cut wasn't necessary. I had to go to another salon in order to fix my hair, and in which I had to get three others to look at my hair because it was so messed up. When I went to the new salon the stylist did not even make me pay for services because she felt so bad for me. I do not recommend anyone going to this salon because it will not turn out into a good outcome.

I got my hair cut here years ago when they used to be on the front strip close to County Grill. After trying place after place for years after that and still not finding my 'home', I tried them again about a month ago. So glad I did! They have moved now, they are still in that center but over behind Jimmy Da Greeks on the back/side. LOVED the attention I got and truly love the cut! I will be back and think maybe this is my place. :) I am constantly getting compliments on my hair and the cut even now, a month later. Now THAT'S a good hair cut! Super sassy and cute. Hint, you have to ring a bell for them to open the door!
