My 15-year old kitty (Mandy) had a bowel blockage and I couldn'tget an appointment with our vet. I also contacted three other vets, but all booked up. I phoned Pine Meadow and they saw Mandy the day I called. They have been wonderful to us, and I would highly recommend them. Pine Meadow has followed up by calling and checking on Mandy numerous times.

I have been taking my cats here since 2000. All the Vets, techs & office staff have provided excellent service. I see Dr Mullen, since Dr Mitzel retired. I'm very happy & trust Dr Mullen explicitly.

The doc and vet tech were both so friendly and gentle with my dog who was not so happy about being there. The doc actually sat on the floor to conduct the whole exam and give the shots. A wonderful experience.

I will forever recommend this vet to anyone I know in the area. They used to have 4 doctors and Dr. Mullen has since retired. As a result, it’s been hard to get an appointment and took almost 3 months to get a first available for my cat’s wellness exam. However, it was well worth staying with them because Dr. Freeman and his team (especially Andrea and Kelly) have gone above and beyond to care for my fluffy baby when she came down with an infection. The other doctor (who’s name I cannot remember but is still with the practice) is also very kind, patient, and genuinely loves animals and cares about their well-being. I can’t thank them enough for what they do and appreciate them for their hard work and dedication to caring for animals.

We have been going to this vet the past two years and have had great experiences with Dr. Mullen. I received an email to schedule my dog’s upcoming wellness exam. When I called to schedule an appointment, Linda, said that the earliest appointment we could be seen would be in April…6 months from now. She was extremely rude about it and unprofessional. I said well I guess we will have to go to another vet then since we can’t wait that long and she hung up on me. Front desk has been rude before, but Dr. Mullen has been nice so we put up with it. Not anymore.

The staff of Pine Meadow are friendly, kind, and very caring. We love Dr. Mullin. He speaks very gently to our dog, Ruby, to calm her down before beginning the exam. Last year, when Ruby became sick, we had to go back and forth for about six months to monitor her treatments. Dr. Mullin would call between visits to check on her and always called to let us know how her lab work turned out.Our family has been using Pine Meadow Veterinary Hospital since 1984. We always received sympathy cards when we had to put our dogs to sleep. I would recommend this place to all pet owners. Pine Meadow has cared for five of our dogs, two rabbits, and three guinea pigs.

Asked for a pet nail trim. Not doing that again, they caused him considerable pain by cutting nail to the quick.

I have gone here for years for all of my dogs. All the staff are wonderful. Dr. Mullen and Dr. Freeman are compassionate, intelligent and I completely trust them for my dog’s health. I will never go anywhere else.

5 stars - my only regret is that I can't give more than 5!Dr. Freeman is the best doctor I have ever taken my dachshund to, and I am so grateful for the excellent care she has received at Pine Meadow. The staff is lovely, from the docs to the techs to the front desk. 100% recommend.
