Have shopped there for years, since they were a tiny place in Newport News. Always received phonominal customer service there and they are constantly looking to grow and improve. I look forward to seeing what they do in the next 10 years.

Go here all the time for my beardie. They always have an update for when their next shipment comes in and has great recommendations. Love the staff here too!

Staff is comprised of serious animal lovers. Always very helpful. It does usually sink a bit in this store... but they have a lot of live animals so.... guess it comes with the territory.
