We were so pleased that our 7yr. old Isabelle is now a new patient. Each time we visit with Isabelle it is an awesome experience. Love the vets and staff couldn't ask for a better place. I highly recommend them.

She is very thorough and understanding. I really appreciated that she suggested a treatment plan we should take and why. I'm grateful she was able to see my cat today on such short notice. 3440 Hampton Hwy, YorktownI cannot give enough compliments about Areceli in grooming. My dog is very nervous during grooming visits. Araceli is trained in fear free grooming and was recommended by my trainer. She took the time to do so many extra steps to make him comfortable (treats, breaks, etc.) She worked at his pace, which is very important to me. I was texted photo updates throughout the groom, which was so helpful. His groom was great! When I came to pick him up and he came out, the whole staff gave him lots of attention, which he loved. Pippin and I look forward to future visits.

She was having complications due to a biopsy that was performed on her a week prior, her body was just not responding and healing, and her health took a serious turn for the worse. I cannot say enough good things about PARC. They were so kind and supportive. Our Luna's body just was so tired and she was suffering. I was able to contact my husband and we made the decision to let her go. He was able to get our kids on video chat, so they could say their goodbyes. They gave me time and space to do that and I am so grateful. I was such a mess that I didn't remember, where I would come to pick my girl up when she was ready to come back home. I called and they told me not to worry and gave me the information I needed. I will be forever grateful for the kindness and attention given to myself and our Luna. She was our world and they made me feel comfortable and at ease in such an emotional time.

201 Production Dr, YorktownI had a mountain to climb when i first reached out to Morgan. My senior rescue pittie Bella was a bear on the leash & was very dog selective. In one session i learned so so much from her & now Bella is walking like a champ, slow, but like a champ haha. She has even begun to play amazing with her sister. It is something i never would have even considered possible, but Morgan laid out a plan & continued to follow up with us with advice, support & kindness. If i could leave a 100 star review i would. I cannot recommend them enough, amazing professionals making responsible dog owners :)

The preregistration and scheduling were easy to do and the team worked to accommodate the dates I needed and my schedule conflicts, etc. I did my research and trusted this team even though it required a four hour drive one way. A lot was promised in terms of training outcomes with a guarantee. Kayla, the trainer, delivered and has already followed up to ensure my homework continues to reinforce everything learned during the off leash boarding school. I feel confident that I can reach out anytime to the team to answer questions or refreshers. That is peace of mind while my dog was away during the training and knowing support is available to reinforce skills or provide remedial training if necessary. I recommend board and train over just sending your dog to a pet hotel while you travel.

Bay Rivers Boarding & Daycare

But the staff at Bay Rivers were so wonderful and attentive to all of his needs. He didn't even want to leave when I picked him up. I cannot recommend this facility enough! We will absolutely be back.

I had a black cherry ice cream on a bed of two fresh cinnamon doughnuts and my beloved ordered min chocolate chip with pecans, hat chocolate, whipped cream on a bed of cinnamon doughnuts! All is right with the world! I asked my wife for a taste of hers, and she protected her dish! Well done!
