If youre looking for a shop that will waste your time, never return your phone calls, fail to keep their promises and waste your time, then this is the place for you. They took my vehicle in knowing they didn't have the man power to fix it. I was promised for months, they would have my truck diagnosised and repaired but none of that happened. Because I'm a nice guy, I let it slide and trusted one day they would value my time and fix my dump truck. It took 2 months for them to call me for a diagnosis, and everytime i called to approve the repairs, i would get told the owner Gene wasnt there and would return my phone calls, but never did. I'm not sure how they stay in buisness. Its clear this place is poorly managed and you shouldnt waste your time and money here like I have. I was charged 175 for diagnosis while the truck sat for 4 months, with zero effort to fix it. I do not recommend anyone coming here, you would be doing yourself a disservice. Just stay away!

We were in the area for a short visit when our truck decided to go into reduce power mode. PHD was able to fit us in and get us fixed and back on the road in no time. Hard to find places like this anymore. Wish we had a place like this near us!

Had a car delivered to my house by another service. They couldn't get it off the trailer. I called penninsula heavy duty and they went above and beyond after closing time to give me the proper advice to get my car safely. Thank you

Kelly sold me a car that had a blown engine and refuse to refund me back my money. If this is the type of business they are conducting this business need to be shut dowwwwnnnn.

Kelly Baker is very rude and doesn't know how to handle legal issues properly. I wrote a complaint to the attorney general of VA because she wouldn't allow me to speak to Gene Williams and how she told me my car was totaled when it really wasn't. This company should not even be operating due to the lack of knowledge.

I've had a few dealings with these guys and even brought a couple of my friends to them. Every time I've had to have anything done from a oil change to replacing all 8 injectors in my truck. I've had nothing but good things to say about the professionalism and work they have put into the vehicles and trust put into their hands. Would recommend to anyone needing any degree of work done on their vehicle.

My car was towed here by the police; I was AMAZED at the service from the front office as well as the technical advice from the shop people. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
