My mom and I have been here a few times, and each time, the customer service got worse. The most recent experience we had was on July 11, 2024.
When we entered the shop, there were no customers being attended to. As we came in, a young-looking man saw us, and immediately his attitude changed. He said he would be out in a few minutes to attend to my mom. A few moments later, an elderly lady started on my nails. I was about 20 minutes in when the young man came out of the back room. From the very moment my mom's appointment started, he was already being aggressive with her.
When it was time to fit the nail tips, he grabbed a size that was smaller than her finger, which hurt her. When she brought this to his attention, he had an outburst, saying that he couldn't service her anymore because she had a reaction to his actions. My mom then said that he should have told her so we could go to a different store. He responded by sarcastically asking how much money she wanted for her "wasted time"—$2 or $5? He then proceeded to threaten to kick us out and call the police. This was just one of the insane things he said that day.
Also, they don't have a reliable price system. So DON'T BOTHER COMING HERE.

I have been to many nail salons and they have been okay, I started looking and made a list and worked my way through it, Then I got to Nails Etc. must say I was pleasantly surprised. I love salons where I do not have to make an appointment. It's me I know weird but anyway, Have walked in at different times and had no problem getting my naiks done. I have had them done by Hoauy and Ann and both are super nice, They are sure careful and just awesome. I have had enough nail techs that were less than gentle, so was very happy and truly enjoyed my time getting my nails done, So if you are looking foe kind and caring professional who do a super great job this shop is for you, I know I will be back, Barbara S

I have been coming here for years but after my experience today, I am very disappointed. My pedicure seemed very rushed and I was not given the full package of the pedicure. They left out lotion and the foot and ankle massage. When I asked them about the lotion, they told me that they put it on when they did not. I did not get what I paid for and I am not returning.My Mom also came here a few months back and there was something sharp in the pedicure tub that severely cut her foot. She left and never returned. I will now be doing the same thing.

⭐️ Family owned and operatedAs always, support small business!Cozy environment and reasonable prices Very friendly service. The pedicure was very well done. Felt like attention to detail was the theme of the services received. Would rig back for another visit. ?

I grew up around here and this was my FAVORITE spot with affordable prices. I’ve only left dissatisfied once (new nail tech and I’ve learned to ask for the ones I know do an amazing job), but my favorite reason to go here was the cheap AMAZING waxing, I moved so I can’t go there anymore, and had an awful wax elsewhere today and reminded me of this place. It’s the older lady who always was gentle, did an amazing quick job, and tweezed the difficult ones I looked for! She is a GEM!

Great! I also got a pedi but I’m not posting a pic of my feet lol. Pedi was nice and relaxing. The lady was sweet. I like that the salon is quiet.

Even if you set an appointment they will still be late.and their understaff so it will take longer. They don't even bother looking at the schedule either. Not worth it

HORRIBLE?????? Daughter had a 10am appointment which is when they opened made a couple of days ago by the techs and didn't honor it. Took someone else in front of her which ruined the days schedule. PROM DAY SCHEDULE, so you know how that goes. One out of place appointment messes everything up which it did. Set her back a couple of hours. But Thanks Be To God!!! She found another place.Services: Manicure

prices are great, i got a full acrylic set coffin shaped for $45, i came in the day before prom and i was the only one there so i didn't have to wait. employees were nice and made sure i liked what i was getting, no complaints!
