I cannot give enough compliments about Areceli in grooming. My dog is very nervous during grooming visits. Araceli is trained in fear free grooming and was recommended by my trainer. She took the time to do so many extra steps to make him comfortable (treats, breaks, etc.) She worked at his pace, which is very important to me. I was texted photo updates throughout the groom, which was so helpful. His groom was great! When I came to pick him up and he came out, the whole staff gave him lots of attention, which he loved. Pippin and I look forward to future visits.

Called this morning cause dog is in pain with his butt , first thing I get told is emergency clinic , he is your patient and you have been seeing him for this issue and to be told to take him to emergency clinic instead of his own vet is not cool. Your accepting new patient but you can't see your own patients something is wrong with that picture! Boba was seen last week for his butt, and is worst now!!

I have been very impressed with Dr. Wallace thus far, however if you have anxious dogs I do not recommend going here for nail trims. The vet techs could not cut my two corgi boys nails. I went the first time, they couldn’t do it. Went a second time, paid exam fees to get a script for Trazodone. Went back again a third time, they still couldn’t do it even with a Trazodone prescription and muzzle, and then suggested sedation for the next time which could cost $57-100 per dog. They also did bloodwork prior to cutting their nails which I’m sure was even more unsettling for the dogs. I went on Facebook and found an experienced groomer who came to my house, took her about 40 minutes with some resilience and patience to do it for only $15 without a muzzle. My dogs were fine, just whiny boys. She told me corgis are notorious for being difficult about their nails. Great vet though.

nice workers, quick service, sometimes forget the nail trims but thats more of a paperwork issue

5 years ago, Dr. Wallace detected a heart defect on my dog when he was only a puppy, and properly adviced us on how to proceed.
5 years later, my dog is completely healthy thanks to his through practice and recommendations.
Even though I moved out of Hampton, I make the drive down here any time my dog needs a vet.
I trust Magruder Tabb completely.

I’ve been bringing my dogs to this clinic for years 2018.. Still do.. however this visit was for my new puppy.
First I want to say what a beautiful building.. with beauty comes higher prices. Not as affordable as it used to be.
Many vets offer free consults, this one is over $60 plus. I was bringing my dog so I could get him in the system. He was not due any shots considering all his shots were given prior to my purchase. But regardless of me showing his records, they wanted me to pay for something.
The personal feeling wasn’t there like it used to be..?

I hate to give it 5 stars because it is getting harder to get appointments as the secret gets out that this is the best vet in the area. This is the best vet in the area. They have walk in hours Saturday for emergencies or time it's harder to get an appointment, but it's best to show up early or you are in for a wait. There is a dog walking area, as well as pretty decent trails and a pond nearby for walking your doggo if you have a wait.

Dr. Wallace and his staff are absolutely amazing! They are very knowledgeable, compassionate, thoughtful, and have lots of experience in caring for animals. You can feel the genuine love for animals at this clinic. Their prices are very reasonable also! I trust them 100% when it comes to my fur babies! Thank you for all you do! ??
