No real waiting area for service or installs. Waited 5 hours for a bed tray and cap install. No instructions or guidance offered on how to work equipment. No mention of accessories or tie-down options. I'm gonna need to drill and install eye-bolts to use straps to secure rack loads. No lights inside cap, or tool box areas. Didn't even offer aftermarket light kit.

After buying a single axle trailer from this company I realized I should have gotten the dual axle model. With No mileage on this trailer I called to see about returning it for the more expensive dual model that I saw there. Finding it had 4 year old tires on it I asked for new one since they should have been new afterall!! Brian told me NO RETURNS! even though Leonard trailer ads site say "30 day returns" right on its first page! Then right in front of two of his employees told me, a "CUSTOMER," my opinion about trailer tire age being important was quote, BULLSHIT!!
