They took 375 dollars out of my bank account that they weren't supposed to. It's been a week, and I still haven't gotten it back. They are acting like it's no big deal like I don't have bills to pay.

Every time I call one does not get a person. I get an answering machine. You may get called back in a few hours or as I heard last night. It could take 24-48 hours to be called back. To many issues with this office over the last Six months to list.

I've been with Terry Laufer's Nationwide for over 15 years. My experience with them as a company and personally has been excellent. I'm thankful to call Terry and his family my friends. It is nice to work with a family business as a person who is in a family business myself. They have been very good to me, and I appreciate everything that they do.

I have had Nationwide for over ten years. I used to have a personal agent that reviewed my policy annually. But things have changed. No body contacts me anymore. In the last few years they have messed up my auto policy 3 times when changes were requested. Once my entire policy with 4 cars cancelled, once they failed to make the addition of my son when he started driving, and now they have let another vehicle be uninsured when a change was requested. And it is me that discovers these lapses. They don't even contact me when they get notified. Perhaps they have just gotten too big to care anymore.

My husband and I have just completed a thorough review and reorganization of our financial/insurance plan with the Laufer Insurance Agency. Terri, Wayne, Kim and the entire staff were professional, knowledgable and supportive during this process. We feel so much more secure and purposeful in our future goals moving forward. They truly enjoy their work and believe in their products!
